Lobster tacos were good and the lobster mac & cheese was excellent. Fast friendly service. I will be going back to try a lobster roll.

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions since they've opened in my area. The food is good. But the price I'm not so sure about. This same meal started out at $22.99 as a combination it is now $29.99 this is before tax pricing, which is a 30% increase in 6 months. That is a bit excessive, in my opinion.I live, maybe 8 minutes from the location. My French fries are luke warm at best, no crispy crunch at all. Today, they taste like they've been under a heat lamp, not freshly fried. My scoring is based on food quality today and cost. I know the economy has us all in a pinch, but a 30% price increase for sub-par quality isn't favorable to me. Would I return? I'm not sure because of cost. I would say give them a try if you like lobster. They have a few hits. The BK Sauce Roll is my favorite. I have tried a few other items from the menu, but I'm a creature of habit. When I find something I like, I tend to stick with that item. Happy Eating!!Parking: Parking is free public parking in a shopping center lot. Parking is plentiful and close to the door.

Everything was so amazing. From the food to the service.
My husband and I went to BK Lobster for lunch. We did the BK Lobster Date Night and added fries and lobster fried rice. The food was delicious! Ms. Pam was amazing! My fries weren’t fried hard, and she made sure they were just right! It was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend!

I was a little sceptic from mix reviews but me n my partner said it’s only one way to find out! We gave it a try and food was good! We had the lobster roll BK sauce combo with fries. The fries were seasoned well. Also we ordered a large lobster mac n chz which was $14.99. The lobster combo was $29.99. My bill with tax was $80.97 total for two. The drinks are not refillable only bottled soda. The server Pam was great!!

Highlights -Clean, Great Music, Very personal experience Small dine in option. There's seating for 10 or less people inside. I would say most people get their meals to go. Although, not a lot of seating it was still a good experience to be able to dine in and take in the good music (Afro beats) and the mural of New York greats on the wall. Food took between 15-20 minutes to be prepared so this place is not the best place to go if you are short on time. Order ahead! I ordered the lobster fried rice. I had high hopes but was truthfully disappointed with the portion size and the choice of sauce used on the rice. I understand that since seafood was involved that I wouldn't get a heaping portion but what I received for the price left me wanting way more. The rice comes with a sweet sauce (likely sweet & sour sauce) already on it and I prefer to be able to make my own sauce selection on fried rice (usually soy sauce). Typically fried rice comes plain, no sauce, which I like because you can really get a true flavor profile on the rice but this rice was just sweet due to the sauce being cooked in. Bummer! I wish they'd make an option to have it sauced or no sauce. The people I was with had lobster tacos & Poboys and fries. They felt that the fries were undercooked/soggy and the meat in the tacos was so finely shredded that you could barely taste it. I had a taco, I understood their sentiment but I felt that taco itself was good. The special sauce included on the taco was a great addition. I would be open to going back to try additional menu items!
