When we arrived there was no one in line and no one in the restaurant. The guy at that register was new and I can understand that so I was patient. However, there were 4 employees and it took us 30+ minutes to get our order which consisted of a biscuit and 2 chicken tender meals. Later that night I got food poisoning from the cole slaw. The only thing I ate different from my family members was the slaw, so I know it was that. We definitely will not be returning to this location.

I realize that no one of any importance will read this, so I acknowledge I am wasting my time. First, an eight piece family meal should come with four biscuits, not two. Someone needs to learn to count, 1, 2, 3, 4. It's really easy. Second, the woman that handed me my order acted as if she was angry that she had a job, or angry that she was working past 8 PM on a Saturday night. To her specifically. My job or career doesn't require social skills, yours does. I admire what you do, I couldn't deal with the public constantly, I would be in prison. The fact is, you filled out the application and agreed to do a job that requires contact with the public and that you be pleasant about it. Learn to at least appear happy to serve Bojangles customers, or find a different line of work.

Love the cajun biscuit. Prompt on drive thru service. Their hash browns taste like they used the same oil to cook onion rings.

I’m not big on fried chicken, and Bojangles has never impressed me, but my wife loves it, so I went along. She ordered online from a nearby spot, and we waited almost an hour—her craving a family meal to unwind after a long day. Instead, we got a box of chicken tenders, not even close to what she wanted. I’ve always found this place underwhelming, but now even my wife, who’d usually stand up for it, agrees it’s a letdown. You’ve managed to disappoint your one fan.
