Each time I go to this location, I’m always told that it’ll be a 15 minute wait for my order, and that’s after I’ve waited for my order to be taken.

Only rated 2 stars because the staff during the morning weekdays were great. Came in on Saturday to the absolute laziest non caring staff. Soda had no flavor and the drinks were handed to us messy with soda spilling from the top. We got replacement sweet teas and it was even worse!!! They handed us lukewar unsweet sweet tea with holes in the cup. As a result it spilled every where in my car!!
Will not show up if I see the Saturday staff there. Incredibly sorry service!!!

This place makes great food and has a really great staff. Sometimes there is a much longer than average wait time for signature items like fried chicken, even if you ordered online, so I don't eat here as often as I might.
Check your drive through breakfast order. It's wrong and/or something is missing.

Again no service at this Bojangles either. What’s going on this is the 2nd one I have stopped at today and they both were short on help and no one is taking walk in customers. They just look at you like you are not there. They were taking drive through orders. I asked a worker if anyone was working up front and she said no and it’s going to take awhile to get to you. I walked out again in disgust. Lock the doors managers if you are only able to service the drive through customers. Terrible management here too.
Ordered 3 chicken biscuits. All three were hot and fresh, with large pieces of chicken. The sweet tea I ordered was perfect. Customer service was better than I'd expect.

No customers inside location, empty. Cashier was not friendly. I had to wait 12 minutes for chicken and after chicken was ready, she said I had to wait for Biscuits. The restaurant was empty!
