Be very careful! While our food was excellent, if you order a Combo meal, they automatically upsize it to a medium for $1.29 more per combo!. They did not even ask me if I wanted to upsize. I ordered 2 combos and at the register felt it was a little bit more than I had expected. Placed my order in the drive thru. Paid in the drive thru. This is not right. Ask the customer if theyâd like to upsize it for more. They should not automatically do that! And donât even tell you until you see your reciept after youâve paid.

I went inside and ordered the rice bowl no beans with no bites. This was THE WORST rice bowl Iâve ever had and Iâve ordered them A LOT! After placing my order inside it took them 10 minutes to even LOOK at my order to start fixing it in the back. They only care about the drive through customers so donât go inside or youâll wait forever! The 1st order I got was warm at best and it did not have the right amount of chicken that I know it shldâve. Then my 2nd order was the same the chicken was discolored in several places which tells me the chicken not fresh like I asked it to be & I was not given the right amount of rice either. The manager just rushes and only cares about the drive through orders. They took my entire break so when I got my 2nd bad order I took it because I have to eat with the meds I take and I was already late going back to work. But I feel so cheated and I want my money back! The pictures show the little bit of food I was given and my cheese didnât even melt .

Placed a curbside order in the app to pick up on my way to work. Since it was empty I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and let them know i had a mobile order. The person told me i had to come inside, i said so there is no curbside and the person said no kinda nasty. So i said ok and proceeded to pull into one of the spots clearly marked curbside and proceeded to go into the app and request a refund.

Very friendly and quick service. It seems the employees care about what they're doing. As a Bojangles connoisseur I can tell you the food is almost always prepared properly. My only criticism would be sometimes their biscuits come out a little flat. Some guys like flat biscuits. I personally prefer big fluffy bouncy biscuits. Usually one in my hand and one in my mouth. đ

I went through the drive through to redeem my kids student of the month free kids meal, ordered two boberry cookies and a steak biscuit. I was parked at stall one so they could bring out my food. The food was hot and fresh. Taste was GREAT per usual. BUT there was a long strand of hair on the box of the kids meal, I received stale chocolate chip cookies instead of the boberry ones and I didnât receive the kids drink. I didnât make a big deal⌠they had a long line of dashers waiting to pick up food and seemed as though they were peaking their dinner rush. I will say PLEASE wear hair nets. If the hair was in the food then that would be a different story. Staff was friendly and professional but hairnets for all food service workers is mandatory. Thank you!
