So typically the service here is just Fine. But today I encountered a girl who had poor etiquette and never once checked on us to ask if our food was good. She even dropped the menus while Taking our order. First, the front desk girl gave us one roll. A male cook brought us our edamame. She did bring us one roll and our beverages. However bringing your food should not be means to tip that is regular procedure of the job. The front desk host asked if we needed our beverages filled. That is not her job. If I could tip for good fresh tasting sushi I would tip the woman chef and the front desk host for asking about our beverages. Everywhere we go we tip sometimes up to 20$ but if you did nothing to deserve it we will not tip. So as we proceeded to leave happy and full and not even upset about not receiving service. The woman server asked us "excuse me, how come you didn't leave a tip?" My husband and I answered "because you did not check on us once." "The man brought us our appetizer and the other host brought us one roll and asked to fill our drinks" "you also were talking to a customer most of the time very loudly during our meal" She proceeded to have an attitude and say obscenities and scream "Bye!!!" At the top of her lungs. Very childish I could not believe how she acted this was very embarrassing for her I'm sure. We just proceeded to leave. No apology or remorse. I hope she loses her job that was quite a performance in response to her messing up.

We tried Bonzu for the first time tonight. We came pretty late, but the staff made us feel so welcomed. Everyone was so nice and really made us feel comfortable while there. The food and staff was outstanding!!!! We order sushi and hibachi and everything came out quickly and it was delicious. We will definitely be coming back again.

Food is good but EVERY SINGLE TIME we order to pick up or have delivered they mess our order up. They either forget to put in what we asked for or give us the wrong order. Never have we been offered a refund or even a discount for their error. Disappointing when you're expecting something and it NEVER is correct!
