Dear Bruster’s Customer Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited on March 29th and ordered three scoops of white turtle ice cream. Unfortunately, while eating my ice cream, I found a long strand of light brown hair embedded in the first scoop. This was extremely disappointing and unsanitary, significantly affecting my experience.
I hold Bruster’s to high standards of quality and cleanliness, so this incident was both unexpected and concerning. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the matter can be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I would appreciate a resolution, whether a refund or a replacement, as well as reassurance that proper hygiene protocols are being followed.

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a vanilla turtle shake and they literally gave me a vanilla shake with Whole pecans in it. When I called to complain about they had an attitude and had the nerve to say that’s how it comes. What’s the point of having a shake if I can’t taste or consume my shake through a straw. They also claimed they didn’t have a blender. How do you make shakes with extra ingredients without a blender.

We were not served. We waited approximately eight minutes when we got there around 8:20pm on December 21st. The girl working that night with red hair stayed in the back. She saw that others and I were waiting for her to come to the front and she did not move from the back. I am really disappointed in my experience tonight at Bruster’s. We will not be coming back after this blatant show of disrespect.

been driving by here often lately and seeing the lines. we decided to drop it in Sunday evening moderately busy but well staffed and the quality of the ice cream was phenomena.l great family spot

One of the girls working had a nasty attitude and seemed a little racist from my impression. As I was about to place my order she rudely said “I’m still working on the order before you.” After I got my order, my daughter’s ice cream cone started to spill over so I went to the side window to ask for a cup. The same associate looked right at me and didn’t say anything when I was trying to get her attention. She then said “I can hear you through the window”. Very rude customer service. It is 2024 and the world is changing. My first and last time ever coming to this location. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

We just wanted something sweet after dinner and apparently so did everyone else. When we arrived there was a long line of people all the way out to the street. There was a bit of a crowed atmosphere But the service was fast and friendly and so was everyone in line. I happened to see they had a non dairy option for the ice cream, this really made my night even better. Thanks!
Dietary restrictions: They had a dairy free vanilla which is what I got in my turtle sundae. It was just right!
