The employee was kind and patient, offering samples bc I had no clue what I wanted. Didn't rush us. The prices are great, much cheaper than other places and way better quality.

Met with my family up here to grab some ice cream on my lunch but the shop was not open. Hours online and at location are listed as 12:00–10:00 pm; however, the location failed to open at 12:00 and there was no one there at least until 12:15 when we decided on a replacement and left.

The customer service and ice cream were good, however there is a lack of enforcement when it comes to parking and it creates major inconveniences to customers. People block the entrance/exit, they park directly in front of the store front trying to put in orders, or they park behind cars preventing others trying to get out of a parking space. These customers are not addressed by any of the employees so they continue to block the way. There should be protocols or procedures set in place to ensure that everyone can enter and exit the parking lot safely and without any conflict.

Dear Bruster’s Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited on March 29th and ordered three scoops of white turtle ice cream. Unfortunately, while eating my ice cream, I found a long strand of light brown hair embedded in the first scoop. This was extremely disappointing and unsanitary, significantly affecting my experience.

I hold Bruster’s to high standards of quality and cleanliness, so this incident was both unexpected and concerning. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the matter can be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I would appreciate a resolution, whether a refund or a replacement, as well as reassurance that proper hygiene protocols are being followed.

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a vanilla turtle shake and they literally gave me a vanilla shake with Whole pecans in it. When I called to complain about they had an attitude and had the nerve to say that’s how it comes. What’s the point of having a shake if I can’t taste or consume my shake through a straw. They also claimed they didn’t have a blender. How do you make shakes with extra ingredients without a blender.
