I’ve been visiting this Burger King location every weekday for the past two months, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh, and my orders have been accurate every time. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the excellent customer service. In particular, I want to recognize Dazah, one of the employees who has helped me on many visits. Dazah is always polite, friendly, and professional, no matter how busy it gets. She greets customers with a genuine smile and makes sure everyone feels welcome. It’s rare to find such consistent courtesy and attention to detail in fast food service, and it really makes a difference in my day. Thanks to Dazah and the rest of the team for keeping this Burger King running smoothl. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The crew that was working today were amazing. I felt bad for them that they were very busy having technical difficulties with the toaster and the other crowds were being rude to them. I Politely waited, thanked them for my meal and definitely will return. Please give these folks a raise or something, the public is rough but these guys were champs.

Terrible experience ordering with Uber. They told the driver they can't cancel the order when I know they just didn't want to make it. Either way it's a lie they can definitely cancel. They said they had no meat......I ordered 30 minutes before they closed. Won't be spending money with them again.

The food was okay, but I think the location needs more improvement. The dining room is cold with no heat, you have to ask for ketchup, and they don't keep up with the fountain machine. Poor service. It is only best if you get your food for takeout.

The inside was super clean and decorated so nicely with the little crowns — it gave the place such a cute vibe. The service was fast, and my food came out hot and fresh. Definitely a great experience! Will be coming back soon!

Let’s be clear, I get it, it’s fast food. Especially at the drive-thru. Nonetheless there is a certain expectation when it comes to customer service regardless of the industry. While I was only here for 2 SpongeBob meals and a kids meal, when I asked, I was answered with a snarky attitude and tsk. No SpongeBob meal, no worries, I’ll order something else. As I did. I ordered 2 large Whopper meals and a kids meal. While the wait was a little long and the fact they were short staffed does not constitute a snarky attitude. When I finally received my food, after awhile, the food was cold, did not receive my kids meal. I had to walk back inside ask for kids meal, only for the kids meal to be sitting on the side and guess what, it was cold. Burger King, what a disappointment. Do better with your customer service training, and staff training.

My experience was great. Went through drive thru ordered a double impossible whopper. Young lady at the window was nice and very helpful. The inside of the building was very clean and smelt amazing. The food was fresh it had just came off the grill.
This is such a nice store from the people to the cleanliness to the taste of the food. You can tell that managers and employees work very well together and how smoothly the store is running. I love stopping by just to get a delicious whopper and it’s never different. Always perfect and always the same. Thank you to this Burger King and all the people for you all hard work and dedication.

They let me know the order was cooking and also communicated for how long it would be also asked if i would like a crown and condiments it made me feel very special i’ve never had such an experience with restaurants lately but i will most definitely be coming back! Keep up the good work!
