I went to this Burger King on May 2, 2025 at 3:22 pm. The cashier was polite and didnt know how to ring up my order, she then called the manager to the window. The manager was extremely combative, rude and hostile for no reason and even when I tried to speak in a polite manner she continued acting hostile, needless to say I drove next door to the new restaurant next door ( Canes) and the customer service and food was excellent!!!

I really don’t believe in bad reviews, but I couldn’t not share. This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. I couldn’t eat my burger because whoever cooked the food didn’t wear gloves and smothered their hands in floral lotion. I tried eating my fries with bbq sauce to get rid of the lotion flavor from my burger, but I still taste it. We were only one of two cars in line, and now I understand why other people aren’t eating here.

Bunch of incompetent lazy workers. 2nd time they forgot an item I had purchased. 2nd time I get home only to realize they forgot something I paid for and having to drive all the way back to get the item back. Food of course was cold. Incompetent employees and manager. Close this garbage establishment down. Went 8:45 pm on 11/13/24, hopefully owner can pinpoint who the manager/ employees were to retrain or terminate them.

Sat in drive through for over 20 minutes waiting for a response. I was at the speaker for 10min and drove around to the drive through window. Two employees were present but neither came to the window. I had to call the phone number for the establishment were I spoke with the manager and then the two associates came to the window. The cars behind me ended up leaving because of the wait time.

This place is in need of new management and employees! The manager was friendly but the service was slower than a snail’s pace. I have waited less time at a REAL restaurant!!!!! They have a sign saying that they are hiring… I hope people apply soon because this place is ridiculous!!!! I’m still waiting… I’m still hungry!!! I will NOT be back! Don’t waste your time… keep driving!

They only serve fry products after 11pm. The place is called Burger King but no burgers. I went Friday and Saturday night. Same.

I don't normally come here but I decided to give them another chance and it was a failure. I ordered the chicken wrap, which was basically a burnt half of a chicken tender, and came in to bring it back where I wasn't acknowledged until I "ask" for assistance. I gave two stars because the guy who may be a manager did his best to rectify the situation and even gave me a drink while I waited for it to remade fresh. Thank you to him but I won't be back.
