Eaten here a few times. Pepper Pot is really good and hard to find elsewhere. But ordered the curry shrimp and they put it all in the same container. As someone said before the curry is like water. It’s not thick enough. So putting everything in one container make it like soup and the curry take over the flavor of the plantains and cabbage. So you have to ask for it to be separated and pay an extra 53cent for the container. My family is GT & my mom said for me to make sure I wrote this up. It was very disappointing and unexpected. I have to give 4 stars bc of the previous visits.

We were in McDonough 2 weeks ago and ordered doubles and roti from here. Everybody (8) agreed these were the BEST doubles and roti we have ever eaten. Their rotis are huge! This place is a must stop whenever we visit Georgia. The owners are very professional, courteous, and will fix your order exactly how you want it. The restaurant is super clean. I'm looking forward to my next visit in a few months.

I’ve been eating Rotis and Doubles for 30 years in Brooklyn New York. But I have to say that the Caribbean Roti is the best I’ve ever had. So lucky to find this place.

First time going to this Restaurant, I must say it was definitely worth the trip from Loganville. The food is delicious, the Roti is very tasty and you do get your moneys' worth. Overall everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Thetesa the Owner. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Don't forget to check out their Grocery store two doors down whete you can buy all your West Indian Goodies. We'll definitely be back.
Thank you
Ramona

I am half guyanese and this was a total disappointment for my Guyanese mother spending $70. I grew up eating curry chicken and this was the worst curry chicken I have ever had. First of all, the curry chicken gravy was like water with a little spice. I cannot imagine eating it with a roti skin. $18 for a curry chicken with nothing but chicken backs is diabolical (pics shown). The potato curry taste like bland dahl and a side of plantain is 3 pieces. I get that times are tough, but close shop if its that bad. Remove the authentic guyanese food name because this is giving guyanese people a bad rep. My mom ordered a roti skin that was just dashed in a brown paper bag that basically dried out the roti skin before we even got home. The chow mein didn't even have any bora in it. If you guys want decent guyanese food, visit T's in Covington, GA or International Roti House in Dekalb off of Covington Hwy. Stay away from this place unless you have money to waste.

As a person who grew up off Flatbush Avenue, in Brooklyn, NY. It was a relief to see a Caribbean restaurant in McDonough, Georgia as we just moved here a month ago. This restaurant has some of the best food outside of Brooklyn and the Island of Guyana. If you want some authenticity, this is a great place to visit. Can you find something better? I doubt it.

The first time my husband and I went to this franchise the owners wife had an attitude, and was rude. I ordered chicken curry with rice, bake and salt fish. The bake and salt fish was good, pretty mediocre, nothing fancy: just salt fish on bake. The chicken curry was so bland, and hurt my tummy terribly.

Then I was like let me try them one more time. I got three doubles, fried rice with pepper pot wings, and a goat curry with potatoes. The doubles tasted sour, as if the chickpeas spoiled. The doubles make me nauseous immediately after. The fried rice was good, however the wings was not my couple of tea. The goat curry…. I’m sorry to say but it was horrible. The overpowering of the cilantro was overbearing.

Went once. The guy on the front was not customer friendly and his attitude was totally off. I left the food. That’s all it took for me not to ever go back no matter how much I’m hungry and it’s the last restaurant open. If the energy ain’t right, the food ain’t gonna be right.

I went here for the first time
Today. I read the reviews first. And let me just say the cs was good. The lady did NOT have attitude at all not even a little bit and although they didn’t shout at me
As I walked through the door she was still pleasant while serving me. I asked for her suggestions and the only miscommunication we had was my pumpkin being mixed in with my bowl. I just bought another side of pumpkin. Now they are pricey for the portions but the food is really good and that pumpkin is everything! I do have a large platform on TikTok and yt. I may do a shout out. My only suggestion would be to offer different size portions with price points to match. See my portion below. I’d go back there the curry chicken was also very good. The cost was about $35 for what you see below.
