Went there due to a review from a friend. The food was not hot, just warm. Ordered 4 doubles and a Alo pie. For me the chana was not the consistency I am accustomed to. Overall I will give it an average.

This was my second time in one with my bestie and then I brought my husband and son back they loved it we're all Caribbean but different islands and they had everything I even enjoyed the attached grocery store which I was able to pick up some stuff to make some meals at home happy camper can't wait to come back and have recommended it to several out-of-towner people so that they can get to experience it and they've been and they've loved it will keep spreading the word of this Hidden Gem we even met a couple that drove an hour from where we used to live in Cherokee County just to get their food and their former New Yorkers also so you know if the food is good we will travel💯🇧🇹🇹🇧🇸🇧🇧🇰🇳🇯🇲🇬🇾🇩🇲🇦🇬🇧🇲🇭🇹🇬🇩🇻🇨🇨🇦🫡
My sister and I drove over an hour to try their doubles and fried rice for the 1st time and it didn’t not disappoint! Very authentic and extremely flavorful, will definitely be doing the drive often.

Got the Curry Goat meal, Cheese pastry and Sorrel drink. Only thing hot was the rice. Everything else was warm. Even the goat. Spinach was mixed with some type of sauce and pumpkin was OK. I saw they had cucumbers and cabbage and the lady at the register told me it only came with the chicken and fried rice combo, even if I was willing to pay for it separately so she couldn't sell it to me. Sorrel was just a plain bottle with no label. Prices are high. Plantain is extra. Customer service could be better. Almost broke my neck trying to look at the food because there were so many ropes blocking the display to look at the food and there was no line. Overall, food was OK.

We pulled up 15 minutes before close. Most food was gone but, we got rice and peas, curry chicken, and callaloo. Buss up shut and aloo pie. It was good. Next visit, we'll be sure to show up early to get it fresh and try the chinese food. Can't wait!
The owner came out with an attitude because I asked for gravy on the potato after I spent $190 and told me to go sit like I was a child

Chef Lou's Caribbean roti shop is located in McDonough, GA. I visited this restaurant Sunday July 15. I ordered the Curry Chicken Roti. I really wanted the oxtail I saw online but as I got to the location the young lady stated that was probably a special. I was sad. But I went ahead and just ordered the Curry Chicken Roti. The roti as showed below was good and the curry chicken. Overall I will give the curry chicken a solid 3.5/5. Will i return? Maybe.
