checkers can improved by giving people what they order I order four fish sandwiches less than 30 minutes ago I get home I got two now they won't even answer the phone but if they can live with it I can live without it

I went throught the drive thru..even though service was fast..I did not encounter any smiles or andthing..no hi no nothing..and I got the number 7..which is the chixlen sandwich..was very very disappointed..fries were cold and soggy..and my chicken sandwich looked to be burnet..or left in the cabinet way to long..should have been wasted..the chicken is not supposed to snap in half..I could not even finish any of my food..I will not be returning to this location

I was DoorDash ing and not only did the customer not like the food, the food took forever way past the expected door dash time and the staff was rude
I was getting off of work around 11pm and made an online mobile order to pickup. It was storming pretty bad and when I came to pick my food up, I was told that the storm knocked their power out and they couldn’t ring up anything or access anything electronic like mobile orders. Understandable. What’s not understandable is that I’ve tweeted at, emailed and called Checkers to get my refund. NOTHING!! A customer service agent said because this isn’t a corporate store, I need the restaurant owner to make it right and either make my food or process me a refund. Haven’t been able to reach the owner yet!! No one picks up the phone and I mostly work 3rd shift so I haven’t had the chance to get back up there. PISSEDDDDDDSD. $20 down the drain

Ordered 4 CHEESEburgers with mustard and ketchup. They didn't put any cheese on them. They said you asked for mustard and ketchup only. I said I ordered cheeseburgers not hamburgers with mustard and ketchup only then they tried to charge me for the cheese but I was running up for the two for five cheeseburgers. They were rude about it and if they would have offered me a receipt I could have caught him before I left. The chili dogs we're absolutely disgusting the meat had a burnt flavor like they were scraping the bottom of the bin. All the fries were cold. Just an outright horrible experience.

This place should not get star period. First time going and never will I go here again. My husband and I ordered two $4 meal deals and had to wait. They came to window 4 times asking us what we were waiting for. We finally got our food which I checked it and the food was sloppy and greasy. We didn’t receive the pies and were told we had to wait for them to be cooked after we done waited 10 minutes for our food. I just simply asked for a refund as if it was a problem. Which I told the other guy which I’m guessing was the manager on duty that the food looked disgusting and sloppy and we have waited long enough. He then tried to persuade me that they were going to get it right. As a food service worker I will never serve slop to people that I myself will not eat. I was told I was getting a refund back to my card in a few hours that I never got a receipt for and here I am still waiting for it.
