I was getting off of work around 11pm and made an online mobile order to pickup. It was storming pretty bad and when I came to pick my food up, I was told that the storm knocked their power out and they couldn’t ring up anything or access anything electronic like mobile orders. Understandable. What’s not understandable is that I’ve tweeted at, emailed and called Checkers to get my refund. NOTHING!! A customer service agent said because this isn’t a corporate store, I need the restaurant owner to make it right and either make my food or process me a refund. Haven’t been able to reach the owner yet!! No one picks up the phone and I mostly work 3rd shift so I haven’t had the chance to get back up there. PISSEDDDDDDSD. $20 down the drain

Ordered 4 CHEESEburgers with mustard and ketchup. They didn't put any cheese on them. They said you asked for mustard and ketchup only. I said I ordered cheeseburgers not hamburgers with mustard and ketchup only then they tried to charge me for the cheese but I was running up for the two for five cheeseburgers. They were rude about it and if they would have offered me a receipt I could have caught him before I left. The chili dogs we're absolutely disgusting the meat had a burnt flavor like they were scraping the bottom of the bin. All the fries were cold. Just an outright horrible experience.

This place should not get star period. First time going and never will I go here again. My husband and I ordered two $4 meal deals and had to wait. They came to window 4 times asking us what we were waiting for. We finally got our food which I checked it and the food was sloppy and greasy. We didn’t receive the pies and were told we had to wait for them to be cooked after we done waited 10 minutes for our food. I just simply asked for a refund as if it was a problem. Which I told the other guy which I’m guessing was the manager on duty that the food looked disgusting and sloppy and we have waited long enough. He then tried to persuade me that they were going to get it right. As a food service worker I will never serve slop to people that I myself will not eat. I was told I was getting a refund back to my card in a few hours that I never got a receipt for and here I am still waiting for it.

I will never stop at this checkers again I went Thursday night. Just to tell you I order a burger for me and my kids tell me why my son had marijuana and cocaine residue on his meat patty. I go back to address the problem and they was getting robbed. Not only that the district manger she is horrible she talk to customers like trash. Im an very close friend to a lot well known political people. I will be reporting to news outlets and also reaching out to the state of Georgia. Because this establishment need to be shut down immediately.

Probably the last time I will go there. I watched as the cook take 4 cooked fish out of a drawer and cooked them a second time. When he did that the fish became a sponge for the oil. I took a bite and I got fish and cooking oil that tasted like used motor oil. Sorry but that was it for me eating there again.
This is the worst restaurant ever. I had to go all the way back there because they sold me raw chicken sandwiches and also the burgers was cold. How could you sell raw product when you are redroping the product back in the grease. And then when I went back and ask for the manager I told him about the food. No apology at all. You would think it would be fresh after my experience but no. They redropped the product it is so hard you can’t eat it. This place should be closed down. This what they are selling hard working people in our community. I have attached the photo. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from this.

My Big Buford's bread was stale like it was from the bottom of the bag! Also, the inside part of the bun was soggy like it had been that way for a few days at this particular Checkers location. Maybe I'll try this location once more just to see if they always present a Big Buford burger like that again. 🪬
