Every time I've visited this location, I have to pull around the other side and wait while they make my food. While I appreciate that it's fresh, I'd like to be able to actually go through the drive and have my food ready when I get to the window.
Anyone with a cinnamon allergy stay alert! I ordered the chicken bites and fries, both were covered in cinnamon dust, most likely from the cinnamon apple pie, which I did not order. Besides the cinnamon contamination, the food was also made from pure sadness and depression.

I got cheese sticks and when I asked for 1 extra marinara for them the lady snapped at me saying I put ketchup in the bag and then I said no ma'am I mean marinara she snapped and said I put it in the bag already and I did not feel like arguing so I left the lady had not shown any propper costumer service even for a fast food joint

I just stopped to get checkerburgers with cheese no bacon that robot machine doesn't understand because none of my burgers had cheese and the one I asked for no pickle has pickle and it's sloppy and nasty I'm furious waste of money people don't have money to waste and not have edible food my food is inedible I'm so mad!

I stopped by Checkers tonight to try their new Brisket Bosswich Sandwich. Now I know you do not get a sandwich that looks exactly like the commercials, but you get something close to it at least. When I say that my sandwich didn’t resemble anything even remotely close to what they advertise. They give you some ground up dried brisket, that is almost beef jerky. The cheese isn’t melted and they on give you a “scoop” of meat, as I was told by the employee. She then proceeds to tell me that the regular brisket gets only “half a scoop”! Brisket comes in strips, not ground up chunks, and not to mention the plain white bread that wasn’t even toasted! This is the third and final time that I will visit this place. All the same reviews for the last 6 months and nothing has changed. I will be escalating this higher than management or the owner. The manager didn’t not try to come speak to me or address my concerns, she just looked towards me and let her employee deal with my situation. By the way, the sign says 3x more meat! If this is 3x more meat, I’d hate to see what the regular meat looks like!
