My food was suppose to be ready at 7:30 and here it is now 7:57, now inside after I ordered curbside and still waiting on my food, and they dont even appear to be busy. Parking lot is half empty.

Still long wait time.. Steak was Bland, Green beans are different. Cookie was cold and not soft. Only plus is prices are still reasonable. They refuse to pre-bus the tables. It will be a while before we go back.

We love Cheddars. This last experience was disappointing. The wait for food was over and hour and 30 mins. Our server Heaven was looney. She kept blinking and rolling her eyes. She didn't apologize for wait. And wasn't empathetic to our complaints. She kept saying things like it wasn't my fault. My fries were cold and nasty. Hubby had no complaints. My brother ordered a steak. It was full of fat and not cooked to his requested temperature. I'll go back because I know they can do better but we were disappointed. They also don't offer a birthday song or dessert. The Hennessey Margarita was trash. They loaded cups with ice. Long Island was a tad better. The Crescents was the best part.
Also be prepared to wait for your table. We arrived at 6p and didn't get seated until 7p.

I used to love this restaurant...NOW, the food just doesn't taste as good as it used to. It tastes like you're eating more crunch batter than chicken meat. My fish tasted very bland, unseasoned. The food is not like it used to be, smh!

So im from the west coast and its like if dennys and bjs had an illegitimate child With a fancy name and that child dated texas road house so its a nice place decent food but 3 appetizers and two dinners at a 70 price tag so its bjs prices without their quality in my opinion.
