I rather not eat here again. I like the location down the street much better, it’s a shame they weren’t open. Food is subpar and service is even worse. Will not be returning

So sad I understand tonight was busy but to get milkshakes with melted whipped cream and half way filled was not cool. Then I tried to get someone’s attention and got nothing but to wait to get to the window was not happening. I tried calling and half holding over twenty minutes, it truly felt like no one cared. Had my son not been in the car with me I would have gone inside. It was a really poor experience

this was the quickest, cleanest, and kindest chickfila i’ve ever been to !!! not once did they complain or show any type of annoyance at the big bus group i was a part of ! so awesome !!! the name “Jesse Gilchrist” was on the name on my receipt, i’m not sure if that’s who was in charge of carry outs/dine in but the 1pm shift did phenomenal and made my experience great !! THANK YOU!!!

Just left this location about 10 mins ago and the you lady giving the food to the guy on the outside of the window was rude about giving me another salad dressing which I was more than willing to pay for. She went back and forth with him about how many dressings she had given each car. She told him that she gave me two and I said no, I have one and I have fries and a salad. I think it would be a good practice to start charging if the employee are gonna have a problem giving 2 salad dressing. I have never had to ask, always given two and now it’s a problem. Also, if you disagree with a customer, at least do it where they can’t hear you. The guy on the outside of the window was really nice tho and I appreciate that!

To the brunette in the drive thru handing put orders. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Don't take it out on the customer. Make sure on any subsequent customers you don't basically throw a leaking cup into a car and walk off with out an apology.
