Lake dow CFA. Terrible experience. Line not packed.ordered smoky bbq chicken meal. Got home 20 minutes away in Ola and no bacon on it. Went back to store they remade it. This time with no cheese. 3rd time went back to window from car. Remade again and thry neglected to give ky bag back with sauce and receipt. They should give me my money back. I was there around 3pm today. Black suv. I paid cash.13.75.pls pull it up and call me. I am putting a review on website also.terrivle service and all the workers outside standing around talking.never had service from chik fil a like this. Manager barley apologized and looked at me crazy when I asked for a fresh drink since mine was home watered down at this point. Red head with a pony tail.

I went 6 minutes before breakfast just to order breakfast through app and get ignored and refused to give me a gift card or lunch items. App was normal and let me order breakfast items says at 10:30 no ordering is allowed was there for 20 minutes with this foolishness. Management was rude

This morning, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo for myself, and a side chicken patty with hash browns for my 6YO daughter. The piece of chicken on the biscuit, which was supposed to be for me, an adult, was shockingly small and thin—seriously, it looked more suitable for a toddler. I didn’t even want to swap it with my daughter because I wanted her to have enough to eat. It didn’t even have the crunchy breading that I love. It was really disappointing, especially compared to the separate chicken patty. I hope they improve their portion sizes moving forward.
Sam’s service was amazing! Great efficient service. Fast and excellent communication. We know you’re known for your great service but THAT blew us away! You will go so far in life, continue to shine bright Sam!
