On the way home, have a tiny 4x8 behind a mustang, were very rude about my not being able to use drive thru, no clear signage, poor design of drive thru, poor judgement from employees, horrible policies, Marla the manager on duty said policy was that she could not allow me to use the drive thru with a trailer which is absurd. There was plenty of room and I am avoiding all chic fil a's in the future. Blanket policy, no respect for customers or managers, horrible company, only willing to hire the most compliant drones they can find. Every recent visit has left me with a distaste for fast food in general

I was disappointed in this location's approach to sending out the wrong item in a delivery order. They handed off full responsibility to Door Dash. And now Door Dash is refusing a full refund. It's quite unfortunate that neither is taking responsibility to rectify the situation that originated with one of the Lake Dow employees. I would caution ordering from this location using their delivery option.

I want to talk about the mobile drive-thru and how this particular CFA (for reasons which are beyond me) made it substantially harder and annoying to use. Up until about a month or so ago, the mobile drive-thru worked very well. There was a dedicated line for mobile orders, and all you had to do was pull up to the speaker, scan the qr code, and then proceed through the line. If there was someone at the speaker, there was also qr codes for positions 2 and 3 in the line, so they could scan a qr code too. This would then move the line along once the car in the front of the line completed their check in. It was a very simple way to keep multiple cars moving through the line without any need for employees to complete the order.

That apparently was too efficient, so someone high up at this establishment has decided they would take it upon themselves to make it as slow and unintuitive as possible. The qr code from the speaker, position 2, and position 3 were removed. Instead, a single qr code was placed 5 vehicle spots behind the speaker, near busiest part of the whole establishment, where 3 different lanes converge into drive through lanes, exit lanes, and entrance lanes which circle the building. If multiple cars enter the mobile thru lane at the same time, the cars in the mobile drive-thru will block traffic in this area because of this bottleneck. Not to mention, the whole point of the mobile drive-thru is to keep traffic moving. Why would you want cars to stop at the building's entrance/exit, and leave all of the drive-thru lane empty? Ideally, cars should be packed all the way into the lane so it doesn't affect other lanes or exits.

This brings me to the side effects which this has caused. Over the past month, I've spent substantially more time in the drive-thru lane than ever before. It is almost certain that someone (naturally) pulls up to the speaker only to realize there is no qr code to scan. I've seen people get out of their cars, walk back down the lane to scan the qr code. I've seen people reverse their vehicle all the way from the speaker back to the qr code. I've seen people hand their phone to employees that then walk all the way back to the qr code. But probably worst of all, all this has done is increased the need for customers to call an employee from the other line over to complete their order, which slows down both lines.

This has shown me two things: a complete lack of understanding of how small decisions can drastically affect productivity and customer satisfaction, and a failure to fix a problem once it has been identified. I don't say this lightly, but whoever implemented this change should be fired immediately.

Food at All Chick Fil A’s is not the same anymore. It doesn’t even taste like the old chick fil A food.

Now this is customer service! CFA goes out of the way to ensure that it is convenient for customers to spend with them. I don't eat chicken but I took my son here for brunch and all he had to do was scan a QR code after placing his order using the mobile app. Impressive! The line was long but there were plenty of folks taking orders and moving the line. We went right on through the mobile pickup line. Super job, CFA! I don't mind paying a little extra for excellent customer service.

I eat here almost Every Friday. Last 2 visits were unacceptable. 2 weeks ago I ordered from app like usual. 10 minutes later , never got my order.
People walking in and placing orders and getting theirs immediately. Never got mine. They FORGOT to make it so I had to wait even longer! Today I ordered off the app for a sandwich with NO pickles. Some mayonnaise and CHICK FILA sauce chips. A guy quickly handled me my order with the wrong chips (again) no napkins or mayo and my sandwich had pickles! What’s going on there now? My order used to be perfect. Now they never are even correct.
