I frequent at this chicfila 5+ years atleast once a week. Over the past year the amount of items left off of my order is crazy. Chicfila use to hands down have the best fries of any fast food restaurant. Last 6 months the fry oil has changed and it my now be my least favorite fast food fry. The service and family feeling of chicfila even the taste of their food is declining. Richest fast food chain in America cutting corners it's a shame. I use to go to church with Mr. Cathy in griffin and it's fair to say he would be upset. 30+ years eating at Chicfila and I might just stop.

I love using the mobile app to order what I want. That line is normally faster through the drive-thru. The only drawback is if you get your food first before the people ahead of you and get stuck waiting for them to be able to leave.

I never have an issue with my food but today I do. I ordered a large Mac & cheese and it was more like a small but I paid for a large. The fries I ordered were a large as well and it was more like a small. Sad impression left for me today especially when I spent $60.
This particular location is bigger than most of the Chick-fil-A so it's not as tight when you are pulling up to drive through or parking. They do a good job at taking care of the grounds around the property as well as keeping the interior clean. Nobody bats 100 out of 100 so sometimes it's a Miss with the staff as they are not as welcoming or friendly as the original m o for Chick-fil-A. The owner of this location is really good at adding treats in the app. This is not the closest Chick-fil-A to me but because this owner makes me feel like they notice my business, I make it my business to visit this location when I'm in the area. Sometimes the portions are a little off for example I ordered the grilled chicken breast and it isn't much bigger than the size of a sauce packet. Also wish this location offer the pup cups like some other Chick-fil-A locations do. All in all this is a nice location with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a play area for the little ones. They are usually well-staffed.
