AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU AT ALL COSTS!!!Worst Chick Fil A drive-thru EVER!!!! That is why they get a 3. As always, the people are super nice but go inside to order and take home. Otherwise you may be waiting there for 20 minutes after you get your food because the moron in front of you has a complaint about a previous trip and wants credit and instead of them having her move up to the waiting position out of the line they stand there and take forever to listen to her gripes and get her food order and then her food . In the meantime time you have your food, and it's getting colder by the second, thanks to the rude Karen in the drive thru who was too lazy to go in and voice her complaints inside. She even rejected her ice cream cone because it didn't have sufficient ice cream on it. They made her another one, because of course they are always super nice. I wanted to throat punch her. So you're stuck, and the 4 people behind you who also have their food are stuck, and you're at Chick Fil A. You can't say the words that want to come out of your mouth.....because this is God's chicken and it's just not ok. The food gets a 3 because the quality seems to have slipped. I don't think that is a local thing. I think that is at all Chick Fil A restaurants. They have changed their recipes or something in the last 10 years, and it seems like they just aren't what they used to be. And come on guys a piece of chicken the size of the tip of my pinky doesn't constitute as a chicken nugget. At almost a dollar, a nugget little bits of chicken shouldn't be counted as full nuggets. We will continue to go to this location, but lesson learned, we will never use the drive-thru again.

Living in this community for over 30 years I feel so blessed to have Chick-fil-a right down the street! Every aspect of this restaurant is awesome....fresh delicious food, fast friendly service, super clean inside and out. Whether I use the app, drive through or dine inside my every visit has been awesome!

It’s…. Ok. I placed a mobile order inside with 2 kids. As I’m standing there waiting, an employee gets everything together from my order (while completely avoiding eye contact). He leaves my food and drinks behind the counter, grabs his food and drink, sits down and starts eating. I can see my name on the food& drinks so I ask another employee if I could get my food& he says “Oh, ok.” He double checks everything and sits the order on the counter (I already have one kid sitting in a booth eating ice cream& my hands are pretty full with a baby& a bag from another order). Not once was I asked if I needed help which is honestly a first for me at chick fil a. We usually go to Lake Dow and have rarely had any issues.
It's chick-fil-a, what more needs to be said. It's always good with great service. Each employee is directly related to someone in the Bible (that's why they're always so nice) I just wish I had something to cut fries like they do, at home

This location is not the best. They are always omitting things from your order and you have to call or revisit to complain. Whether it's take out, or drive thru it is always the same issues. I have not had the best service here and not really sure where the problem lies ?
