Nyell took our order over the speaker in the drive thru 2.5 hrs ago. We had ordered 5 cor chicken soups and 1 chicken sandwich meal with an extra sweet tea. She repeated the order back to us twice. We paid and left, when we reached our destination we realize we were missing a soup. We realized we had only paid for 4, so we one of us had to wait until we left our family members house to go back to grab another soup. Now grant it we told them what happened no accountability or apology from the employee or the manager. No accommodation for the inconvenience and it’s wrong. I’m upset with the experience.

I have consistently experienced long wait times at this location, even when ordering simple menu items. I am often asked to pull forward, and the service remains slow despite minimal order complexity. Additionally, condiments are frequently missing from my orders. I hope management can address these issues to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Placed a mobile order and they did mess up my breakfast (I asked for a muffin and received a biscuit) however—the staff were all super courteous and made things right super fast!
Things were fast, easy, and polite. They even offered us a cookie for the troubles!
Niedeajah was amazing! Thank you guys!

This was the worst experience ever at a Chick-fil-A. The customer service is horrible. I called back to tell a supervisor what had happened. He said that his name was Nate and he was a supervisor. I was reporting one of his employees name Neilie who had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional, she had no customer service skills at all.The problem was the items that was on my receipt she would not give them to me. She even took the bag back and acted as if she was putting the items in the beg and handed me the bag back without the items I couldn’t even leave the window because I’m looking in the bag and asking her what’s the problem? With a smirk on her face she took the bag away again and still didn’t put my items in the bag. We did this repeatedly three times. I was very kind very pleasant but this young lady has some attitude or she’s lacking customer service, it took for Nate to take care of it in one attempt while his coworker/team member was playing, after I left, I reached out to notify a supervisor what had happened. When trying to tell Nate about it he gets offensive and telling me oh she didn’t do that , and she wouldn’t do anything like that, Good thing I had it all recorded . I tried to speak to Nate. Nate was so defensive angry , yelling and wouldn’t let me talk to explain to him what had taken place. He. would not listen at all. He wouldn’t hear anything I had to say very rude. Very unprofessional. And wouldn’tlisten to anything I had to say regarding the situation that just took place at Chick-fil-A store 05123 with Employee Neilia, I told myself I wasn’t gonna go back but that’s probably what they wanted, try to mistreat the customer to keep them from coming back but I will be returning with my AI glasses each every time While being polite, also, why all this was taking place you had other bags of mine waiting behind them that was ready and took them forever to pass it to me, while Fries was super cold.
