Every time I come to this location, no exaggeration, there is something missing from my order. Usually the kale salad. Also this is the slowest location, always being asked to pull up land wait for a basic kale salad and filet. This visit the forgot to bring my food, I had to get out of the car and walk to the sliding doors only to see my food had been sitting the whole time. I absolutely hate the way this store is run. From the beginning you have this massive drive thru only and they can’t get that right. They’re also not nice like the other locations. They sit and talk to each other and not the customer. Terrible.

Was very happy to come to the new CFA! My only concern is about the health of the employees, when I handed the employee my payment their hands were FREEZING. It is FIFTY degrees, if you are going to have teenagers outside at least order some touch-screen approved gloves for the children

Definitely the biggest Chick-fil-a I'd ever seen. You drive through the middle of the building in one of 2 lanes and they are serving cars on both sides. But bigger doesn't always mean better. The servers were not as personable as they are at a standard locations and the food was the same as any other location as well.

My first time ever going to ANY chick fil a and didnt want to eat my food . The bread looked soggy the meat didnt look cooked all the way .nothing looked appealing about my food. The customer service was nice but due to the food i will not be returning

This is by far the worst CFA I have ever been to. If CFA was not the brand, this place would've closed by now. I can't normalize making two trips for the same order. The staff apparently has normalized it. The accuracy is nonexistent. The customer service isn't even great. Initially, I questioned the choices of front-line employees, but consistent mistakes make me look to higher level employees. Afterall, management sets the tone. Yes, it's human to err. To not improve, is a sign of complacency. I certainly hope this location will one day live up to its name. I'll skip it for now.
