Absolutely terrible experience. I am beyond frustrated and honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. We ordered food for 3 adults and 2 small children (under 3), and somehow they managed to mess up something as basic as fries and drinks. We ordered 4 drinks and 4 fries, and instead received 6 drinks and 6 fries—how does that even happen? It’s not like this was a complicated order. When we tried to get it fixed and asked for a refund for the items we didn’t even order, the situation somehow got worse. The manager took the receipt, disappeared to “run the numbers,” and then came back telling us that if they corrected the order, our total would actually be $2 MORE. Make that make sense—we ordered LESS than what they gave us, yet somehow we’d owe more money? Completely ridiculous. To make matters worse, both the workers and the manager were incredibly rude and condescending the entire time. Instead of taking responsibility for THEIR mistake, they acted like we were the problem. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. Spending nearly $70 for a meal that was wrong and dealing with that kind of service is unacceptable. Complete waste of money and time—I will never be coming back. Screw this place.

The owner/operator, Mr. Brett, made it a great experience. Me and my dad ate here while stopping for lunch on a long road trip. Service was great and everyone that worked there was great. Outside seating is nice, especially on a nice day.

This is what happens when a company with best in class food and customer service forgets the second part. The building is hideous and bathrooms are a glorified out house. Nothing about this location seems to remotely focused on a customer experience, just efficiency. It has no soul just a corporate machine stuffing product in customers faces. I was honestly shocked that Chick-fil-a would allow it.

This Is the 1st chik Fila I have ever had a problem with. The way the drive thru flows is obsurd. 5 cars that came after me were serviced and gone before I got my order which was only a 3 piece chick strip nothing else not even a combo. I won't ever be back

This place is friendly, fast and efficient in everything they do. always a pleasure when visiting in between home and work (commute a hour for work). Mr. Brett Lewis does an amazing job with communicating specials and letting consumers know how much he appreciates their service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Chick-fil-A in McDonough. My order is constantly wrong, and on multiple occasions I’ve been given other customers’ food, which is unacceptable. What made it worse was speaking to a manager about the issue and being told, “maybe you just have bad luck.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional. The staff also shows no sense of urgency orders take too long, mistakes are frequent, and there’s little effort to correct them promptly. Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but this location falls far below that standard. Instead of focus on the essential look and put more effort in making there customer happy maybe this place will get better reviews nobody’s care how this place built like a house stop playing and actually work. DONT COME HERE IF YOUR HUNGRY AND YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUIN

I hate to give it low ratings because I like chic fil a and because it's so close but I'm writing hoping they will get it right. The employee taking my order was not nice and felt he almost caught an attitude when asking about menu items. I was asked to pull up although it wasn't nearly as full as many other chic fil As. They almost got my order wrong. I'm reading other reviews here it's disappointing but hoping they get right! As of now they're not up chic fil a standards.
Every time I come to this location, no exaggeration, there is something missing from my order. Usually the kale salad. Also this is the slowest location, always being asked to pull up land wait for a basic kale salad and filet. This visit the forgot to bring my food, I had to get out of the car and walk to the sliding doors only to see my food had been sitting the whole time. I absolutely hate the way this store is run. From the beginning you have this massive drive thru only and they can’t get that right. They’re also not nice like the other locations. They sit and talk to each other and not the customer. Terrible.
