Shawty at the front answering phone orders and taking orders is EXTREMELY rude, she takes your order as if she doesn’t want to be there and it is very unpleasant she is very rude over the phone AND in person i been going to the chicken run on Jodeco road since i was 7 i am 20 now the food and service is excellent and everything there is a 10 however THIS CHICK N RUN HAS MIDDLE GRADE FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

A lesson in customer service ASAP the real small brown head girl with glasses is a bit nasty very stand offish quick response rude type of person I don’t know if it’s cause we are black she was really nice to other 7 white people that came in but not to us my husband order his food by the time she came to take my order her attitude it was to much for my liking so I did not get anything. Not to mention the ant problem that a big turn off I don’t know if it’s the ants or he attitude that piss me off the most 🙄 not to mention she ask all the white people was it for here or Togo but with us it was Togo never a option

One of the workers got my ordered wrong after she repeated back to me and I corrected her on my order and repeated back correctly. I pull up to get my food. I drive off and my order was completely wrong and I was missing some of my order. I turned back around and mentioned to the worker and she didn’t apologize. She was like I have charge you for the missing item. I didn’t mind but her attitude was horrible. She did not compensate on a discount or say I am sorry I give you the fries for free since I messed up. I asked to speak to the manager cause I had to wait additional 10-15 mins for them to correct my wings and cook my fries. The manager Stephanie did not apologize.she even rolled her eyes! I’m convinced that place doesn’t like African American people which is cool cause I won’t be going back there anymore! Manager didn’t acknowledge the error of her employee being wrong in the situation. A simple apology or compensate me with a drink for their error but they didn’t do either!! I do not recommend this location!

Customer Service is horrible, I just left and the girl with the black hair is horrible! I watched her drop my coleslaw on the ground and put it back in the bag (I did not eat it). She then proceeded to look at me and smile. It was a good day for me because, on a bad day, I would have let her have it! I will definitely be going elsewhere.

Every single time I go to this place it’s almost an hour before I get my food. And today I stopped in after work and was told one sec for the girl to take my order meanwhile she took 4 call in orders rung up three people in the drive thru and still never asked me the first thing I wanted. So I call to place a call in order and was told that it would be twenty minutes to get food still. So how is this place still open?
If your looking for good food and dont care about receiving quality customer service, then this is the place for you. I have been a few times and the Customer service remains horrible each time.
