Got home wings spongy, no crisp. See for yourself. I called and was told come earlier, not sure if that makes a difference , I called at 935. Also told to say extra crispy. I always said crispy there and had no problem. Would not redo order. Bad customer service. Will NEVER GO AGAIN. The owner had attitude when I told him about his mistake. Don’t waste your money on this place. Go down the street to frozen rooster. Or chicken run in Mcdonough off keys ferry. These are franchised.

I just spent $33.00 with them my 20 PC chicken taste like it frost bit old chicken fried in old grease also the okra in that same order tastes refried in bad grease, he telling me this is fresh, I asked for my money back he refused, unhappy customer , you lost today. Bad experience, bad food.

I got a buffalo chicken sandwich it was made with tenders that was beer. Batter like they poured hot sauce and blue cheese. All the tenders and called it a sandwich fries are okay. No seating the service was ok.

I’ve been coming here since 2011. Have yet to have better buffalo chicken anywhere else. The tenders melt in your mouth buffalo sauce is the perfect amount of spice and flavor. I live about 30 mins away and still try to stop by when I’m in the area. After so long I need my chic n run fix. Customer service is great also I know all of them on a first name basis. I only wish there were more locations. Thanks guys.

Yes it's a little pricey but the food is amazing. I will choose this spot over most. I love them and they have been here for years and majority of the people are the same for 20+ years. Great expediency, and great people and yes your food is completely fresh. Plus one of my favorites are their onion rings. I love them!
Stopped by yesterday on a whim... so good!!! Best lemon pepper wings.. hands down!!! Plus some good convo with the staff... always kind, always professional.

I usually have a good order, not sure what went wrong. I told the lady extra wet, all.wings were dry. And 1 order only had 9 wings instead of 10. I spent too much money for a wrong order. I will be reaching out to management

I have been coming here for yearsssss since 2010 and the food and atmosphere is absolutely amazing, the chicken is great and crunchy and they give you exactly what you order! i don’t know their names in there but they are ALL absolutely amazing and funny and the FOOD IS DELICIOUS i love supporting small business and this one is worth it 100% . I wanted to leave a good review because they definitely deserve it
