⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Perfect place to have lunch with clients. The place is quiet enough to have a conversation, spotlessly clean and servers are cheerful. I tried the Fancy Nancy for the first time and it’s now my new favorite 😋

Chicken salad is one of my favorite go too dishes and too know I don’t have to make it at home every time warms my heart. Full of flavor not bland like store chicken salad. My family’s favorite is classic carol and the spicy buffalo.

DON'T EAT HERE! This place is NASTY filthy.
I visited earlier today; as soon you walk in the aroma in the air smells like backed up sewerage and poop. The manager Airian has such a nasty attitude and gives off she hate her job. Poor customer service!!!!!
Don't walk through those doors, you will immediately want to throw up. DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION!

I ordered a broccoli salad at the drive thru never had an issue before but this time the salad was so skimpy it didn’t even fill across the bottom of the tray nor was the container full. I feel ripped off and do not feel I got the amount of food I paid for

Came here today at 7:45 to order a meal off the menu, the manager & cashier tells me they are “sold out” of EVERYTHING except the premade containers. Then the manager proceeds to tell me they always run out of food at 7pm when they close at 8pm…. This is poor lazy service . I wonder if the owner of this location know that the store manager is turning away customers b/c they are too LAZY to make the order!l?? Crazy!

First time here. My wife had a taste for this place & I happened to be tagging along.
I’m money-conscious & knew when I walked in that the food might be a little pricey…the atmosphere looked fresh & clean !
I decided to get the Spicy Pimento Cheese sandwich (toasted). My side was a Grape Salad.
It came with a 1/4 pickle slice & a cookie.
My wife got a scoop of Plain Chicken Salad & a scoop of BBQ Chicken Salad.
The quality of the food was excellent.
The ONLY super minor “issue” I felt was…the place was so dang cute, but the employees didn’t really seem to reflect the cuteness 🤔 !?!
I’d still go back & hope that someone would pay for it !?😳😵‍💫😁

5/20/25 @ 5:46pm I stopped to pickup a phone order. I was a little frustrated that you're not allowed to go through the drive thru to pickup and pay for an online or phone in order. What's the big difference?? Anyway, the food was amazing despite how the customer service was presented. There was a man in a blue shirt that tried to make my visit better because he saw the frustration on my face. Please let your customer service department know that the flavors are limited when choosing a meal plan. The Fancy Nancy wasn't an available option unless you call it in.

My mother went to this location and had a horrible experience. She has only been one other time so is not 100% familiar with how it works. She named the type of chicken salad she wanted and instead of the male “supervisor” asking her how did she want it he just chose for her. When her food came out and it was only a scoop of chicken salad she called an employee over who went in the back and brought her two slices of bread. At this point she was irritated and asked for the manager who came over and said a lot of people just get the bread on the side because they are in a hurry. Terrible reasoning. At the end of the conversation with the manager she was told them their lunch would be on her. Instead of comping the lunch she came back with the supervisor who was extremely rude. And made the comment “did I ask you did you want bread”. NO you didn’t and that is the issue. If a customer just names a type of chicken salad COMMON sense would tell you to ask the customer how they would like it. Needless to say when she left she didn't get a refund or a positive experience. She didn’t want the refund all she wanted was the sandwich she had like the first time she went. Fast food places even ask do you want a meal or just a sandwich. Train your people including management staff.

Tables were dirty despite it being very slow. I have celiacs disease and they were completely unaccommodating (charged me a dollar to replace the crackers with four cucumber slices). Manager rolled her eyes when I asked for more.
