I ordered 3 combos. Gave me 2, I assumed. I reordered the 3rd. Get home to this mess! Then, they went back, and they gave us toasted bread in zip locks and the lettuce & tomatoes in a to go box. Should have given 3 fresh complete meals. Thoroughly inconvenienced, in Friday traffic!

Jonathan is the bomb. My 11 year old was like that guy is so positive. And it led into a very awesome discussion/teachable moment about positivity in the work and service we provide others. Thank you Jonathan for awesome customer service and thank you Chicken Salad chick for my wonderful chicken salad. Had the fancy Nancy and classic Carol. And as someone that can't have gluten, it didn't make me sick. So that's a triple plus.

Well if you make a online order or App order don't expect that if you get there early and let them know that you're there they will not make your food even if there are zero people in the store. Order pick up time was 6:15 and I got there at 5:55 and check in and then parked and checked in again at 6:10 and still not ready but the ladies told me to park and she would bring right out.So at 6:20 I got our food.Staff was super nice but not sure why food couldn't have been made earlier than pickup time especially since there was not one single person in the store for over 20 minutes. Food was still great and the staff was too.

My order always seems to be incorrect or missing something when I come here. I ordered the Barbie Q for my son (3 yo) and ended up with one with huge grapes and nuts. Please pay attention to what you are doing, because had I not checked he could have choked on a grape or had an allergic reaction.
