I specifically ordered fajitas without shrimp due to a shellfish allergy. I was in a rush and made sure to tell the lady taking my order, assuming my request would be followed. Unfortunately, when I got home, there was shrimp in the container. Because the shrimp was mixed in with the chicken and beef, I couldn’t eat any of it.
I was really disappointed. Not only did I not get what I ordered, but I also couldn’t eat the meal at all. To make matters worse, Chili’s isn’t close to me, so going back to have it corrected wasn’t a convenient option. At the end of the day, I wasted my money.
Honestly, this is the third time my order has been wrong. I think it's time I take a break from ordering at Chili’s for a while.

Food was great but took too long to arrive. Service was confusing and had several different waiters and trouble with my bill. I overpaid and my cousin underpaid so just left it as it was. Atmosphere was way too loud. Hard to hear each other for a normal conversation.

Drink was terrible!!! Ordered a skinny margarita! (Tequila, NATURALLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE w a splash of agave). NO SYRUP OR SWEETNESS. Which I explained to waitress and manager only to receive a regular margarita that had little liquor and a whole bunch of regular sweet and sour concentrate! I asked for tajin on top the put it in one spot. The bartender tried having an attitude claiming she’s only one person and for the waitress to tell me put some carbonated water in it. So unprofessional! The manager made it over the exact same way! After I explained to her as well just tequila, NATURE LIME JUICE AND A SPLASH OF AGAVE.! Anyone who knows skinny margaritas knows it’s not made with the regular margarita mix! That’s why it’s called skinny !!! The worse I have ever had. Waitress was sweet though. I didn’t eat my daughter and gbaby did. I don’t eat meat and it was mostly meat products. The drink disappointment made me not want anything else. Definitely have to do better. I also heard the manager and bartender talking but obviously both need to look into their drink mixology fr. It was so sour and sweet my stomach started hurting instantly. Crazy. People who’s body is not use to sugars etc like this can taste and feel the difference x10 !! Would never recommend their drinks AT ALL!! Look how concentrated the drink is on the picture it’s supposed to be almost clear

Tried to dine in, place was crowded, so we waited maybe 10 minutes. When we got inside the place was a wreck. Floors were dirty, full of dropped food, and the tabel n menus was sticky. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. We left. Didn't order, didn't eat.

It took a long time to get our food. My wife's burger was ordered with only cheese on it and it came with mayo. Our waiter was new and shadowing a waitress. She was good, he was terrible. Spoke softly and didn't apologize for the mixup. Overall, a disappointing dinner.
Chili's it's been real, but I have to let you go. I ordered the 3 for me with Texas cheese fries. 1st they didn't bring out my fries, and when they did they tasted like metal. Looked in the pan and it was rusted. Took the pan to the bar and all the servers just looked at me. No one asked if they could help me or get a manager or anything. I showed the pan to the bartender and he apologized and asked if he could get me something else. I told him no thank you and we were about to leave. He sold the pants to the manager but she never came over to where I was standing so we left.

Bad service, food was great, waitress was slow, and kept adding things to the bill, it took her 4 times going back and forth about our bill, drinks took 15 to receive, food too over 30 mins, food was delicious once we got it. Then a young man comes to our table and start handing us someone else food and we was ready to leave, that food belonged to the same waitress customers at another table.. never again

Chili's is consistently good. This one in GA is well managed. Staff is polite and pleasant. Food was well prepared and tasty.
