1.Triple dipper APPETIZER is now 16.38, wont be returning. 2.I had the most nastiest spirit today working the bar who had no care in world to serve us, all I can say is bless you sweet heart. 3. The manager was not equipped for her position as she could not even communicate with us directly or apologize for any inconvenience. 4. The food is extremely too bland for bad energy. How do you expect to make money? 5. If you know better you do better

We had a very good dinner after driving all day. It was pretty busy, so we sat at the bar and ordered. Trey was awesome. His professionalism was amazing. The food was great!

I specifically ordered fajitas without shrimp due to a shellfish allergy. I was in a rush and made sure to tell the lady taking my order, assuming my request would be followed. Unfortunately, when I got home, there was shrimp in the container. Because the shrimp was mixed in with the chicken and beef, I couldn’t eat any of it.
I was really disappointed. Not only did I not get what I ordered, but I also couldn’t eat the meal at all. To make matters worse, Chili’s isn’t close to me, so going back to have it corrected wasn’t a convenient option. At the end of the day, I wasted my money.
Honestly, this is the third time my order has been wrong. I think it's time I take a break from ordering at Chili’s for a while.

Food was great but took too long to arrive. Service was confusing and had several different waiters and trouble with my bill. I overpaid and my cousin underpaid so just left it as it was. Atmosphere was way too loud. Hard to hear each other for a normal conversation.
