We had such a great experience at this Chili’s. The service was absolutely outstanding — our server was incredibly sweet and took excellent care of my parents and me. The food came out much faster than expected and everything tasted amazing. It’s clear this location prioritizes both hospitality and efficiency. We’ll definitely be returning!

I have been here plenty of times and the food comes out pretty and the service is nice. But today I came in and ordered a triple dipper with burger bites and one of my burgers came out literally looking like someone took a BITE of my burger. I asked the server and manager to look at it and they stated our staff “would never” and that “the burgers come out like that all the time”. Not even suggested meal comp for sending me a burger with a clear as day bite mark in my meal. Unfortunately I will never be back here, I just find that insane.

Food came out Luke warm, there was a hard chunk in the quesadilla, burger was hockey puck consistency, and there was white stuff floating on top of the tea.

Kim the manger at this location is horrible and have poor customer service , I truly waited an hour at the bar for my food the restaurant was not packed. And I asked to speak to a manager and she said that there was a glitching system and our food did not get registered so however, she never even said that she would not do anything to accommodate us or take anything off. She said oh she will make sure that our food get first served, but however, how could I get first serve when you already said it was a glitch and I had to come to you about my food I did not like that at all.
I went on November 11 for the Veterans Day deals and I sat at the bar. The bartender Had an attitude before she even came over to serve me. I ordered my drink and asked if I could have it with not as much alcohol and she rudely exclaimed to me that she couldn’t change it and that it wasn’t that strong so I should be fine. I ordered my food and the food came out very quickly. It was very good the drink however it was extremely strong, which was very disappointing because I had expressed that I didn’t want it to be strong. The bartender was also very rude and combative to other guests while I was there and caused other patrons to leave because of her attitude. It was honestly very deterring. Me as well as other guest felt quite uncomfortable by the bartenders behavior, and the manager didn’t seem to have any interest in de-escalating the situation, which was kind of disappointing. Overall, the food is good, but the bartender and management could definitely use some work.

Service was awesome. Our server, Elaysha (spelling?) was very attentive and friendly. Other staff members came by several times to ensure everything was ok, or to ask if we needed anything. This seems to be something fairly new, as we have been patronizing this location for YEARS. I like it. Nothing like some good ole customer service. 😃 The only thing I wasn't very fond of were the wings in my Triple Dipper.
