Ordered two orders of Shrimp Lomein and was shocked that it tasted so sweet, I mean literally like sugar. The lady that I spoke with told me no one has ever complained and pretty much dismissed my concerns. I expressed that the last time I ordered mei- fuien it also tasted sweet and that the cook definitely knows that he's adding some kind of sweetener and that Lomein is not supposed to be sweet at all and how upset I was that they're messing up this dish. The lady was extremely rude and I let her know that her professionallasim was so was non existent. It literally took her about 10mins to even acknowledge my concerns, she just kept explaining to me that no one ever complaines. I told her it didn't matter if they did or not and that I was a paying customer and I know this dish isn't supposed to be sweet. Instead of trying to resolve my issue she kept making excuses for the dish being sweet. After getting no resolve, I just hung up and made up my mind that they will never receive my business ever again. Not professional at all and lack basic customer service skills.

Best in the area. We were giving up hope that McDonough would have a good Chinese takeout place until we found this gem. Everything I've tried has been delicious! The service is always great, especially when Miss Jenny is working. I change up my order here and there but my husband has a go-to sesame chicken and Miss Jenny always knows to start my order with his usual (she always confirms that I want it because she's a pro ?). We've been ordering from this place for years and I'll keep suggesting this place to everyone I know. Thanks for the great food and great service!
Wings hard and fries were dry and burnt. Manager said it might be the oil they use. Manage not very helpful

They served me old chicken and shrimp fried rice. And I had to go through a hassle just to get them to remake the chicken wings. They never remade the fried rice. His response was look at it from our perspective. Are you kidding me? You’re an establishment that sold me bad food. And you’re talking about your perspective as a business. Oh nah. No sir!

Absolutely the best Chinease take out I've had since moving to the area. The customer service was exceptional. My card had expired (totally embarrassed)and they let me call in the payment. They were so kind. I can't thank them enough. My order was vegetable delight, white rice, 2 pork egg rolls, with hot oil. They didn't forget anything. The food was hot, fresh and a good value. I definitely will be back.

Today I placed a order for braised wing and vegetable fried rice and asked order will be freshly cook and the answer was yes, when I got home I found out that the rice was fresh but the chicken was old and not fresh. It was old soggy chicken , that was dipped in the sauce. I will never go to this establishment again, first impression is very thing. And when I attempted to call back to advised them of the problem, no one answered the phone. Not good customer service.$13.93 in the trash

Food was fresh and tasty. The combo plates comes with plain fried rice and the rice is definitely plain. For the most part the food was fresh. I’ve been looking for a new Chinese spot and I might just have found it with this restaurant. Coming from my usual Chinese spot down the road whose quality of food has declined over the years and the food is not fresh and has a sour taste, this place is refreshing. I will definitely return to this place in the future.

Fried rice and chicken was dried as if they cooked it in advance and set it aside until some one ordered it- it wasn’t even hot. And last but not least the atmosphere was very dingy . Needs a new paint job.To your response I didn’t order over the phone . I came in your restaurant and sat approximately 15 minutes as if you all were cooking the food . . .

The food was very underwhelming, particularly the chicken chow mein which had zero sauce. It was literally just plain boiled chicken and cabbage with no seasonings or flavor. There was also no sauce on the pepper steak, super dry. And the rice wasn't fried white rice. It was yellow rice like a mexican restaurant! Definitely won't be coming back. Panda Express is better, which is saying something.
