Very very rude customer service! I called to ask if they deliver, the lady said no and hung up. I still wanted to place an order. I called back and placed an order, I asked for the total price and the man yelled and said he canceled the order and then hung up. I see the reviews are horrible and I can see why.

First impressions the place was dull and dem hostess was not inviting almost rude food was bad bad bad taste like water from being reheated portions was small I had shrimp egg foo young there were maybe 3 small shrimp in each patty and for me I will never return overall review (0) ZERO I wouldn’t recommend

Last time I was here I got here about 9:50 PM and when I went inside, they told me that they were closed so I let them know that online says they close at 10:30 PM so how are you close 40 minutes before the actual closing time? So she proceeded to take my order with an attitude, and when she was explaining the order to the man cooking my food he was staring me down like he wanted to fight so I asked him if there was a problem and he just kept staring at me. She said I could have a seat while I wait because she saw me standing there watching him cook my food and I told her I wasn’t moving because he spit in my food, We’re gonna have a problem. She looked at him as if I found out their secret! The food is good, average at best, but to be dealing with the way they treat people I wouldn’t spend another dime in that establishment if you could even call it that.

I happened to stop by to get something to eat with a friend we ordered boneless spare ribs and chicken wings with fries and 3 egg rolls which came out to a total of $43. The lady at the front who took our order told us it would be ready in 15 minutes, we came back in 20 minutes to only the wings that were ready.. which was fine because we weren’t in a rush but as we where waiting I happened to notice the same person who took my order was preparing the food with no gloves, no hair net, and did not wash her hands after handling money. She then gave me my order of mushy rice and dry boneless ribs.. I proceeded to ask her for more sauce for my ribs she said no so I immediately asked for an refund the food was absolutely unacceptable dry wings with burnt fries and mushy rice and dry ribs for $43 and not to mention she forgot about the egg rolls that we ordered which was on the receipt and told us we never ordered egg rolls so we had to go all the way back to the car for a receipt just to be told it would be 10 more minutes. She then began to tell me to never come back to her restaurant which i totally agreed with her and said I would never be back that wasn’t an issue then she continued to tell me that nobody likes “my kind “. Very rude and racist people with poor food quality and sanitation.

I tried this place because I didn’t feel like driving to Jonesboro where I normally buy Chinese food. I read the reviews and said maybe it can’t be that bad, IT IS. The wings tasted old or sour, I tried taking a bite out of 2 to see if it was just a ‘bad’ one and I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. Don’t eat here.
I only had shrimp fried rice today. Not enough shrimp for the $12 price. Not worth the money.

>Lots of room for improvement on soft skills.>The food is decent, depending on the menu item.But none of the overall experience justifies their exorbitant prices, and that is even said with inflation in mind.I feel like they take advantage of the fact that there really isn't any other options for Chinese takeout nearby; typically competition keeps businesses on their toes.I'll keep giving them business, but much less often until they improve on a few things.
