>Lots of room for improvement on soft skills.>The food is decent, depending on the menu item.But none of the overall experience justifies their exorbitant prices, and that is even said with inflation in mind.I feel like they take advantage of the fact that there really isn't any other options for Chinese takeout nearby; typically competition keeps businesses on their toes.I'll keep giving them business, but much less often until they improve on a few things.
I had the Hot and Sour soup, Beef and Broccoli and Chicken Fried Rice and everything was tasteful, appetizing and the portions were satisfying. I mean, the Chicken Fried Rice had a piece of chicken in every bite. Thank you for preparing me a delicious feast. I will definitely be back again.
I ordered from them the first time last night. I ordered in person. They looked a little frustrated but were pleasant. I got the shrimp egg rolls and general Tao chicken. It was so good, flavorful, hot and crispy.
