This location made me love Chipotle again. I travel for a living and hardly write reviews. The service is top tier every time, these hardworking employees maintain positive attitudes and are not stingy with the portions unlike other locations. Keep it up!

After a 15-20min wait for chicken to get cooked, I saw an employee put raw chicken meat on the grill, and then move straight to making the rice and then a short while later grabbed the cooked chicken to cut, without changing gloves. The same gloves that was used for the raw meat. That’s a major food safety issue.
Cross-contamination like this is unacceptable. Proper training and supervision seems to be lacking.

The evening shift consistently presents an unpleasant experience. I’ve always just dealt with it bc it seems to be a standard that will not improve. After trying to eat here today with my daughters, I had to walk out. I have better chance at winning lottery vs walking inside and not having to wait for meat to cook And don’t you dare expect an actual greeting. None of the staff seems to care about body language or customer service.

Here we are again—my son’s birthday, and all he wants is Chipotle. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, started placing my order, and was told there was a wait on chicken. I asked how long, and they said “maybe 5 minutes.” I decided to wait. After 12 minutes, I got back in line and finally started placing my order again—only to find out they were out of cheese.
Had I known that, I wouldn’t have waited for the chicken. But I was already too far in, and my kids were starving. So I pushed through and finished the order.
When I got to the cashier, the woman standing nearby was shockingly rude. They forgot both queso orders, and instead of a simple fix, she rolled her eyes and gave me major attitude.
To top it off, the food was awful. The tortillas were dry, the chicken was fatty, the rice was dry, and the restaurant itself was dirty. I paid $40 for a miserable experience. Honestly, I would’ve been better off throwing that money out the window and going home.

Incredibly skimpy (especially if you order on DoorDash, but still skimpy in general), stale chips no matter what time of day you get them, and inconsistent guacamole (sometimes pretty decent aka the only reason this is two stars and not one to completely unsalted and without flavor). I’d head to the Chipotle on Hudson instead to save your tastebuds and actually have your money’s worth.

Wouldnt even acknowledge I was in line because im white.
Really slow and very unorganized. Seem like nobody wants to be there. Like if you didn't want the job then quit but don't take it out on my food. I think this will be my last time visiting this food place. The one down the street on Jodeco Rd, the one they just built, is wayyyy better and advise people to go there.
The rice was undercooked. The black beens were dry/dehydrated. Overall I will never go to this location again. I'd rather drive 10-15 minutes past this one to get to another further away from my home to actually enjoy a meal Ive paid for...

Please hire a more enthusiastic staff. These people are done working for this place. Food sits for long periods, which is not a good look from the customer's perspective. Very low energy establishment. I've worked low paying jobs before but I worked like I was making 6 figures-always perform your best, it goes a long way.

Came into the store a few minutes after they opened and they had no lettuce, pico, black beans, or vinaigrette. The meat was also old, so I’m assuming that they’re serving left over meat from last night. Lastly, the only friendly person was the cashier that rang me up.

My first time eating at this location was yesterday and I would say this chipotle is not the best. The rice was mushy and stuck together, the chicken was shredded up and didn’t have much flavor. The guacamole had big avocado pieces in it and no flavor and even the hot salsa was too thick it wasn’t flowy like usual which is weird because I heard that comes straight out of a package. Overall, my bowl just lacked flavor compared to other Chipotles I had. I usually save my bowl for later and I ended up just trashing it after I ate half of it. The employees were also not welcoming.

Terrible! The worst customer service ever and manager allows it. I was told online orders only when I walked in. It doesn’t take 10 plus employees filling online orders, seriously
