As soon as i pulled up to the drive through window the cashier had an immediate attitude, she was rolling her eyes, and did not have a pleasant expression. I did not feel welcome, and this experience makes me not want to return. I understand some people may have a bad day but taking it out on your customers is not good customer service.

I have tried several times. I took a months long break and came back to try again. The food is nasty. It’s not made with care. Always missing items from online orders. Portions are incorrect. Place needs an overhaul.

Had a very bad experience there tonight . Never been treated like that before. I felt so sorry for a family that came in after me and they locked the door behind them at 6:45 pm they hurried out the door. Not ok. We get it. None of us was welcome. You made that very clear and clear we know why.

Can someone please explain to me what this is that I found in my chips? It smells and looks like a fried biscuit
Ordered 3 burritos, through the Chipotle website. Received the wrong order - not even close. Called the driver immediately, who came back and picked up the food, but said I need to call the restaurant to get it sorted out. After getting bounced around for a half hour, I finally got in touch with someone (clearly an off-shore call center) who very reluctantly provided a refund, only when I said ‘forget it, I’ll call my credit card company and dispute the charge.” From her attitude, you would think I was the one who had messed up the order. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, the result should be an apology and a quick fix. Chipoltle provided neither. Shame on them.

The server that attended us was racist. Our family was served very little but then came a different race family (of their race) and they got served almost double of what we got served. Not only that, but the rice was undercooked and the steak tasted like cardboard. Even after all that we had to wait almost 20 minutes because the cashier added 2 extra bowls that we didn’t order or have. They really need to change.

This place is awful and I will never spend another dime here. Ordered for delivery and they delivered the wrong order via door dash. Gave the food back to the dasher, but trying to get my money back from Chipotle was a nightmare. You can’t contact them directly - if you try they tell you to contact the delivery company. If you call door dash they tell you to call Chipotle. Chipotle doesn’t let you speak with a human until you find the magic phone number and then the person on the phone acts like an utter idiot and rude to boot. tldr, Chipotle is incompetent but it’s the customers fault.
