Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch while out shopping, our first time here and it was amazing. We will definitely be returning customers when we are in the area. Food was hot and fresh. I've been a few times and the food is always great. Only complaint is I have to wait for my order to be completed after calling it in and arriving after the time I'm told.
I called in my order and they say it will be ready in 10 mins. I get there and it’s still not ready. Had to wait 19 mins. What’s the point of calling in and I still have to wait. Could’ve just waited in line. Never again

The food itself was good and made to order. However, the cashier Veronica is rude, short-tempered, has no customer service skills, and is not polite to see or order with. She will be the reason I will no longer return. I ordered over the phone and she was blatantly rude and cut me off numerous times. There was even a moment where she said nothing as I was ordering so I stopped to make sure we didn't get disconnected. The entire conversation was awkward, but I gave her grace. Once I arrived at the business, I saw her talking to a customer the same exact way and later pulled the customer aside and asked her how she felt about the cashier. The customer felt that Veronica was rude, dismissive, and lacked skills to talk to the customers.
Went yesterday for lunch (10/21): got two combos but the cashier Veronica said they don't come with drinks. That's weird? What place you know when you order a combo, that it doesn't come with a drink? She sounded super impatient on the phone as well. I ordered a 10pc with shrimp fried rice. Y'all were gracious enough to give me 5pcs of shrimp on top of my rice & yes I counted because it was right there on top in plain view.
Wings are good but service isn't & neither is quality apparently.

Please bring the old cooks back! I use to love this place and the past 2 times I’ve ordered the wings are not the same. The wings have been undercooked and not enough sauce. I always ask for extra sauce and still not enough. Very disappointed!

I have never left a bad review, but it needs to be known how awful this place was. My husband and I got 20 boneless wings and ate 2. The wings were so bad, the chicken was like biting into rubber. We also paid for two drinks, and went over to fill up our cups and the ice machine was broke. Okay sure we will be fine without ice, so we just got cokes with no ice. But why sell us drink cups knowing there is no ice? The coke coming out of the machine was awful and HOT. Never will I be back, and I will be sure to let others know not to go.
