The food was too slow, took like an hour to be ready, they didn't bring some of the stuff we order and the check was not accurate.

I’m a person I like to keep it honest food was really good but service here really is not my cup of tea. Waiter is overwhelmed waited almost an hour to get my food . More drinks were coming out faster than food . I came in on a Friday around 11 am so if you want to wait almost an hour to get feed don’t come

Terrible experience! After placing our food order, we did not see the server again for 40 minutes! She never came by to check on us, or, at least, tell us why the food was taking so long to come out. To make matters worse, it was so cold in there, I was actually shivering. We were about to get up and leave when the food finally came out. Everything was cold, except the chicken fried chicken, which was hot. The meatloaf, dumplings, turnip greens, hashbrown casserole…all cold. We assumed they must have put everything on the plates, and then cooked the chicken. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible atmosphere! Needless to say, we will never go back and we will discourage all our friends from going there.

My family and I visited Cracker Barrel today for dinner. Our arrival time was 7:20, we waited about 10 min. to be seated which wasn't bad. Although we requested one server we were approached by another after another 10min. of waiting. She took our orders with no knowledge of new menu because she was new. We placed order and waited much too long for our drinks we never received. After waiting till 8:42 we decided to leave. I reported the situation to manager and left so unacceptable, we visit this place often never had that experience.

This was not the usual goodness of Cracker Barrel. I ordered the Grandmas Pancakes which comes with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, breakfast side, and 1 piece of sausage, bacon and ham. The only thing worth eating were the meats. The pancakes had been put back on the grill to warm them up and ended up w/a burnt taste and needed a steak knife to cut them. Horrible. The eggs were scrambled and appeared to have been sitting for a while. Grits were so-so. Also, ordered the Chocolate Coke cola cake and it was sooo dry. Not good. I would NOT recommend eating here. Very disappointed Cracker Barrel. The bill including a 20% tip was 27.56, I expect better for that price. The service was good!

The service was good. The atmosphere was a bit loud. The food was good. However, I was a little disappointed with the pot roast meal. You could tell the gravy wasn't homemade. Overall, I do like eating here.

We ate there twice while sleeping in our RV. Dinner was delicious with the stuffed pancakes but service was so-so. Eggs were barely scrambled. This morning our server Kelsey made up for the previous server and breakfast was great! I love the grilled chicken tenders as a breakfast meat option!

The meal I had in the restaurant was great. Everything was exactly as I ordered. But I also ordered a $5 meal to go well before I finished my meal. It was brought in a paper bag. When I got home, it was not the meal I ordered and it was incomplete.

Yasmin was the best server I've had at any Cracker Barrel. We visited the McDonough location. She greeted us everytime with a smile. She was helpful. My only complaint is my chicken was very small
