Awful. Service was so slow, I was feeling bad for the waitress because she seemed backed up but even when it cleared out she was still so slow, which makes sense why she seemed so jacked up. We waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted and then another 10 minutes for drinks. We had to ask for straws, napkins, silverware, things that you should know that someone eating will obviously need. When our food finally came out it was awful, steak tips were so overcooked they were inedible (she said they were cooked medium, I asked if we could try medium rare but if not medium was fine, it was definitely sent out over well done) we were charged for things we didn’t get and when we asked the server to correct it our bill came back even higher? Didn’t even feel like waiting another 10 minutes for her to figure it out so we just paid and left. Cracker Barrel was my favorite as a kid, unfortunate how bad it sucks now. We won’t be back.

We came in for a dinner at 9 and the staff were very friendly. Ajayla was very welcoming and made sure that my wife and I were taken care of. Even though she’s never had the fried pickles and wouldn’t eat one off our plate, we could tell she’s good people. Thank yall for the late dinner service!

The meatloaf the we ordered was raw. My partner got sick after eating it. Our waitress did see that it was raw.
Our waitress was awesome! I can't remember her name but she was the cute young lady working last Thurs afternoon. She even sent me & my Dad home with extra biscuits! I will definitely return to this location again.

To have lunch with my family at cracker barrel in McDonough, Georgia. And a fight broke out in the kitchen and it scared everybody in the restaurant people were running scared. It turned out to be a trespasser going directly in the kitchen and having a fight with one of the staff. Sound very personal to me. But before the fight the service was horrible. It Took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order. After we sat down. They weren't very accommodating to person that was with us that had a wheelchair. However, the manager did comp our mail and the server that eventually served us turned out tobe a very good professional.
