The waitress was friendly. The food was bland and cold from sitting on the bar. I ordered corn nuggets and they were cold. The waitress took them in the back and the cook just refried them in the grease. They came out super greasy. The corn muffin was the only thing I enjoyed. My family and I left hungry and wanting something else to eat.

The food wasn’t good at all. The baked chicken, rice, and gravy was extremely bland. It tasted as if very little seasonings were added. I don’t see how these reviews are so high. The sweet tea was good though.

Nice staff & large selection. The food leaves something to be desired. I had mac, greens and fried chicken tenders. I guess this is the difference between southern comfort food and soul food(to be fair, they dont claim to be SF). There is enough salt but it lacks flavor from herbs, shallots, onions, garlic, etc. The Mac looked really good in the steamer... upon tasting it, it had enough salt but it was loose and the noodles were over cooked.
Just like some of the other reviews stated, yes the chicken was dry.
Over all the feel of the restaurant is like a smaller Picadilly if you are old enough to remember those or live close to one. It was a couple of bucks over priced for the portion. It's a high volume and friendly setting. I'd try it again, but I'm skipping the chicken for sure.
Ordered food to go yesterday and the cashier through my food on the counter. It was so disrespectful. I wont be back.

If you want some good country cooking, this is where you want to be. The homemade mashed potatoes are out of this world. Friendly staff and servers. Great place.

Cravings Home Cooking lives up to its name—comfort food done right. The portions are generous, everything is full of flavor, and the service is warm and welcoming. A must-visit for homestyle meals!

Great food, consistency is just amazing.
The Veggie dinners are to high, before you pay for your food --- 3 people looking at your food to verify your takeout--- instead of the actual Server that prepared it. It's overrated and overpriced in my opinion.
Great food at an outstanding price. Meatloaf was like mom used to make.
Vegetarian options: Had a decent selection of vegetables.

Went to Cravings on Sunday, June 30, 2024. It was a mad house, people standing every where. They were very unorganized. I bought two meals, got home and they had givrn me someone else’s food. The food looked like slop, some over cooked squash which I don’t like! The cream corn had way too much pepper, was not good I was told to bring the food back, we live too far away to take back food. My husband is a diabetic and needed to eat, so we were forced to eat what we had, I threw most of it away. I will never go back or recommend to anyone!! Horrible

I should’ve walked out when I seen yt people in the kitchen and yt people dining in. I ordered the fish with mac and cheese, cornbread and banana pudding. Don’t know how this place has 4.4 stars. The fish was OK and a bit salty. Not crispy on the outside or fresh and hot which I guess makes sense since it’s buffet style food. I’d give it a 2-3/10. The flavor was decent. The mac and cheese was just not good. I’d give that a 1-2/10. The cornbread was not good. The texture was crumbly and very dry. No sweetness to it at all. I’d give that a 0/10. The banana pudding tasted powdery and old/slightly spoiled so that’s definitely a 0/10. Overall I felt that was a waste of $18.
