Management the worst was given like warm food after waiting forever to get it and when I asked for someone I was given the worst attitude then to top it off tried to connect to the WiFi and a racial slur popped up during black history month yeah I’m good on this establishment.

To my understanding, Culver’s makes their burgers fresh to order, but between their cold salty burgers, I don’t think that’s true. I first tried Culver’s a few years ago and their burgers use to be hot and fresh tasting, but as of lately it seems as though some corners are being cut. Outside of their milkshakes, I don’t see me eating here anymore. In my opinion, the price doesn’t match the taste of the food.

This is the WORST Culver’s ever!!!!!! How are you the manager and you’re rude to customers? The food was okay nothing special, and the manager was also rude to her worker. You people need to do better. I’d recommend the Newnan location.

First time customer here and I won’t be returning. Went on the inside, ordered a 3 piece cod dinner. The Cod dinner includes 3 pieces of fish and 2 sides. I chose onion rings & fries. (Keep this in mind for later). The cod fish was placed on top of my fries & onion rings making them both very soggy! Fries were cold and fish was bland & tasteless. As I began to eat the cod fish, the breading was wet and fell completely off! Being modest and trying to be unproblematic, the only mention I made about the food was the fact that my fries were cold. I could’ve complained about the entire meal but I wanted to be nice and only mentioned the temperature of my fries! When I mentioned to management that my fries were cold and would like another order of onion rings instead, they charged me $.50 claiming the onion rings were more expensive, lol. Anyhoo, I paid the .50 and sat in the dining area to eat. It was unkempt and nasty. Side note: management was NOT friendly at all and honestly she gave racist vibes as I watched her be so happy to talk with the white couple as we waited for our food. Not one time did she smile during our interaction. She didn’t thank us nor invite us back. We didn’t feel welcome at all during this visit to Culver’s.

This was amazing! Everything was so deliciously real; I left not feeling bloated. They gave my medical service dog a pup cup and offered me a gluten-free bun! The only thing that would make this better is if they cooked in tallow or lard!
Enjoying bingo and burgers. Hopefully they'll host this again. It was fun.
