First time dining-in at this location. Ordering line moved quickly. Waited about 15 minutes at our table before food came out. The Northwoods WALLEYE filets (only available during EASTER) were a tad on the fishy side - these fishes are almost always odorless or have very little fishy aroma. Fries and onion rings were spot-on. Then we went back to the order counter to order and paid for dessert... and back to our table, and waited and waited... - they FORGOT to fulfill our dessert order - so, finally tired of waiting, we went to the order counter to ask for our dessert. Overall, a mediocre experience. 3 STARS due to the above issues.

Two burger combos, $29. Slow service. Stingy with condiments. Like one of each when requested. Pay then park outside forever for your order. No receipt given. Uncharge for everything. This place is basically a steak n shake 2.5 times the price, same style burgers. Milkshake was runny. I exchanged it for a custard. It was good. Onion rings were tasty. Dry customer service, far from friendly.

Love this Culver’s is probably the best fast food burger spot we have in McDonough in my opinion. Food is always right. Everything is fresh and made to order. Every time I go, I always get the butter bacon burger and fries. This meal never messes and they always get it right. Customer service is perfect. The atmosphere is perfect. Everything’s always clean. I really appreciate the owners of Of this location super nice people.
I hope everyone gives it a try one of the best spots

I’m highly disappointed in the service and food that I received tonight. I do not live close by and for me to take the time out to drive out here to get the burger lukewarm and order a concrete mixer with caramel and banana, and not a single swirl of caramel and not a single banana was in my concrete mixer was Very irritated. Instead of complaining about the whole meal, I just decided to ask would they mind giving me a few bananas because there weren’t any bananas in my concrete mixer. I was then told by the female employee that she put bananas in it so… Instead of arguing, I chose to just say OK and I didn’t even eat the concrete mixer because it’s not what I asked for and had nothing in it that I wanted to eat other than the ice cream. I will not be back for a while
