Slow service. Stingy with condiments. Like one of each when requested. Pay then park outside forever for your order. No receipt given. Uncharge for everything. This place is basically a steak n shake 2.5 times the price, same style burgers. Milkshake was runny. I exchanged it for a custard. It was good. Onion rings were tasty. Dry customer service, far from friendly.

Ordering line moved quickly.
Waited about 15 minutes at our table before food came out.
The Northwoods WALLEYE filets (only available during EASTER) were a tad on the fishy side - these fishes are almost always odorless or have very little fishy aroma.
Fries and onion rings were spot-on.
Then we went back to the order counter to order and paid for dessert... and back to our table, and waited and...
