Ordered a hot fudge sundae with chopped nuts and whipped cream in the drive thru. Got the order and hair was on the whipped cream. You could clearly see the hair. I didn't even take the top off. I took it back in to get a refund. Never been back. That's just nasty.

Terrible service. The wait was 10 minutes, the lady at the window didn’t know what she was doing. Proceeded to tell me the ice cream machine didn’t work???? I ordered a large and they didn't fill it up. I might as well have paid for a small the way they filled this cup up. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to another location than go back here.

Was informed they “don’t sell the cookie crunch anymore” when it’s still on the menu as well as the advertisements for it on the restaurant windows.
I ordered two blizzards. They were very skimpy with the toppings. Basically just a sprinkle on top. This has happened to me several times at this location.

I just visited this location and the cashier was extremely rude. She was an older lady with glasses. The order was missing a dipping sauce and after I told her, she went through the food to confirm which was not an issue. My issue was that when she saw that she was wrong, she don’t apologize just handed me the dipping sauce and walked off.

Placed a mobile order, pick up time wa 818PM and instructed to pick up INSIDE!!! yet their inside closed at 8pm. Be aware inside is only open from 12pm to 8pm, yet the store/mobile hours are broader than that. Why take mobile orders if you have to waiting in drive thru for 40 minutes. Customers should be able to cancel order if the business is not able to comply. Of course mobile orders are prepaid so you are stuck waiting in the drive through and by the time I got the order the food was cold and the ice cream was melted.
