Me & my friend went there to play games & had a wonderful time. It was our second time there & we especially like playing all the old school games like Ms. Packman, Pac Man & Galaga, amongst the other ones

I can't say enough about the service here. Ms. Kim was amazing!!! She made the day exceptional. Her warmth and patience with an autistic individual was unprecedented. The establishment was clean. The food was delicious. It was a great birthday celebration!

This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon walking through the door, we were greeted by an employee. He explained how getting a game card worked and if we wanted to go to the restaurant how that worked. This location was very clean. I loved the game selections and how many they had. On top of that every game worked. We had a ball. We finally went to the restaurant. I wanted nachos but they were out of them. So that was a bummer. I then settled for the creamy chicken pasta. It wasn’t the best but it was flavorful. The rigatoni moods they used were too chewy. My son ordered a smash burger and it looked amazing and he enjoyed it. I loved the amount of televisions that they had and the selection of games being played from football to boxing. Overall, I would definitely go to this location. I’ve never experienced going to a game location and every game was functioning. That alone is a reason to continue to come.

The kitchen was slow even though they weren't crowded. Games are expensive and it's very noisy. A fine place to bring your kids.

8 of us... all ordering shots and food and apps.. and where was our waitress? Idk... but she lost a ton of money. The food was lousy and 145 bucks for 2 salads and 4 drinks? Nah..
The host told us we would have a 30-minute wait. Ended up waiting an hour before we left. It doesn't seem like anyone ahead of us was seated in that time either.

Arrived at 11:35 PM, and we were told that the wait time was 20 - 30 minutes. It is 12:30 AM, and we are still waiting to be seated. No assistance was available for 20 minutes, as even after four of us standing at the front of the seating area, there were no available staff for that time. When we were finally attended to, we were denied a table and put on an indeterminate hold, despite multiple table areas being open — apparently, there weren’t enough servers, which was not made clear on arrival.
The lack of available staff, the incorrect wait estimation, and the absence of any service has led me to the resolution that I should not attend a Dave & Busters for eating.
