Game area is fantastic for families. Food is great but the hostess on Sunday, July 13, 2025 was not very polite. Ask for a table near the gaming area, he said those are reserved. If you have to sit in the back room, I had young adolescents and wanted to be close to gaming floor. Have come to this Dave & Buster’s five or six times and always got a table near the game area He said they were reserved. I said never mind. I’ve been before and got table just walking in, went back and asked why they were reserved and he said they were short servers. I said I just want to sit there. I don’t mind waiting till one comes in. He said those are reserved And was not friendly. I said how do you reserve them he said online. I got online and you cannot reserve a certain spot. I went back and he said if you had let me tell you and not walked away, I would’ve told you how to get online.I said never mind. I have never run into this and all my times of coming here I will eat somewhere else, just did not want to walk around for 90 minutes of unlimited play for three kids and wait on them. I would have bought drinks and food. Just feel like he could’ve been more accommodating And it was not crowded at all. It was 11:30 AM and they had just opened. I would think if people are coming in person and want to sit in those foods they should be allowed in the server should be put there not in a very back room. I will drive on into an Atlanta one before I have someone being rude to me.

There were some hiccups with our food and drinks but our waitress and the manager went out of their way to make it right. The food and drink menus are both full of lots of tasty options. The arcade is on the smaller side but still had lots of fun options. Overall, this made for a cute date night.

Worst experience ever in McDonough ga location. Senior manager disrespected me and bartenders said I was passed out drunk on bar , acting a fool when all I was trying to do was celebrate my wife’s birthday. Don’t recommend

It was my son 12th birthday, I've booked reservations in advance, I've arrived early and was sat at the table but unfortunately we sat there almost an hour , no waiter or waitress greeted us. They kept walking past us not acknowledging us. So we ended up leaving. This ruined my son birthday.

It was clean for such a huge space for kids and adults alike. Our server was magnificent!! Very attentive, efficient, kind, thoughtful...he was great!

When you go to Dave & Busters you expect to have a good, fun, cheerful, loud experience, and if dining in a very great experience when there's food involved. However, the dine in experience was not at all as I expected. The server could not multitask as much as my table tried to work with her and understand her. At the end of the day the service was very poor. We had a reservation at 7:30 didn't get seated until 7:44 (not an issue) was sat for a good 30 minutes until the server came. When she came she brought our drinks and appetizers. The table beside us whom got there way after us, had gotten there order taken and we were still waiting for her to return. Ig we weren't supposed to order anymore food because after she brought the drinks and appetizers she didn't return until 8:31. Then it took a whole hour and a half to bring the food. Before we even got our food we asked for the manager. The manager didn't say anything except the fact that the kitchen was behind. We said okay after the manager left the server brought the food. I had to walk up to the bar and get straws for the table as well as utensils. The table beside us needed straws as well the server took the straws that were on my table and proceeded to try and give them to the table beside us. The service was highly poor. She never returned so that we could get togo boxes or togo drinks. Between us as well as the table beside us were about to get up and leave due to the fact it took her so long to bring the check. Besides of having a bad experience for the dining the food was good from what I did eat. If you attend the dining area go with your first extinct if the service/vibe is off.

Ms Lilo (not sure I spell her name correct but forgive me ) this was on April 11th at 11 am. . But she was very courteous and gave excellent service to me and my kids. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the building 😊

I had a reservation at 4:15 and was told I still had a 45min wait. After 45mins I was never called and I went to the host and she stated that the manager removed my name from the list and she was not sure why. The host was able to seat my party about 10mins later.

Ayanna was my server she did great. The manager came to my table he was kind he said his name was the fat guy. Lol... it was great going back soon. Kids had a great time.

We walked in with a reservation my guest was 25 and I was almost 18 we were celebrating my birthday and this lady wouldn't let us in she said we weren't of age and the rules read you can have someone with you as long as they are 25 or above and either way no matter your age your allowed to sit down at a table and eat but just not as the bar and the rewards the person kept walking away. The lady with black and brownish hair didn't allow us to be seated and we even showed and ID she said that we looked young even though we had ID but she said we can play but the people behind us looked like little kids and they weren't asked for ID. It was a very biased situation and will not be coming back to that location.
Overall, we had a ball. The place was energetic and lively, and the kids loved it. The only drawback was the dining experience. The food could have been of better quality and that the brussels sprouts tasted like they had been partially cooked, but other than that, I have no complaints. I would totally revisit and I'm so glad I came.

Food was pretty good and came out within 30 mins of us ordering it. I ordered Salmon bowl it was bland. That was the only bad thing I ate. Wings were top tier. Kids a loved their ribs and pizza.

The chicken bites were pitiful & burnt and the salad missed several key components while being absolutely DRENCHED in dressing - so much so, it was inedible after a few bites. The service (Lilo) and games were awesome, though. And we had a fantastic time despite the grub.

My sister and her boyfriend accidentally walked behind the counter beside the bar , trying to get to my table to sing happy birthday to my daughter , once told she walked the wrong way she apologized , and the staff went and got a manager , and the staff continued to stare at us . I would never spend my hard earned money anywhere like that , it was truly an accident and they made it seem like she committed a crime. I took my babies cake and didn't spend a dime . The gaming side will be the only side I go to if I ever decide to attend again .
