I ordered 4 snack mini taco's, (recvd them), 4 donut holes x2. Only revieved 1. Didn't get 2 larger burritos. & guacamole & chips!! I have to say. Over the years Ive several probs w/uber eats & Shipt. I get best service from doordash, then I ever revieved from Uber eats ,or Shipt! In fact, Shipt has cut their emoyees pay, twice!! "THEY SHOULD BE RELYING ON THEIR TIPS" NO. ONE. IN MCDONOUGH. TIPS FOR CRAP!! I appreciate someone shopping for me, the way I wud shop. They make a huge tip off of me!! Most delivety svcs do they are doing me a favor!!<

Came in, stood at the counter looking at the menu and waiting to be greeted so I can order. Just standing there, just standing there, lady in drive thru made eye contact, squib he’s up her face and turned her head like I was invisible. So I said to myself, let me go use the bathroom and hopefully someone will take my order when I come out. Me come out the bathroom and continue to stand at the counter ( because no other customers are inside) after a few I said “is the drive-thru only open? Lady making tacos standing inches away from me proceeds to tell another employee to come take her order!! Like I’m a freaking nobody ! Thankfully I went to church Sunday and the pastor was preaching on not reacting to bad situations, so when the POLITE young man came to the counter and said “ her how are you” I just took at deep breath and said I’m fine and proceeded to order my food. Thank God for Growth because had this been 2wks ago I’m probably would have cursed. Customer service is at an all time low and it’s taking good business dwn. Food was poorly made because it wasn’t made with no kind of love. Just very upsetting

I went to this location at about 11:15am today and my fries were barely warm, and my epic combo burrito was just nasty. The beans weren’t cooked and it was just a mess. I ended up throwing half of it away. This is saddening because I really love del taco but this was just horrible.

They never can get the order right. 3 times in a row I order the snack mucho meal with soft tacos and beef and cheese and they get it wrong. First is they put everything on the taco, second time they give me hard taco and third time they give me chicken. So frustrating

Tried some of their new items on their menu, and I got to say for the money they're tacos are quite small and disappointing. I've noticed their size and portion, but their cost is one up. It is hard to go back and eat there.
I also do have the app still doesn't change the fact for $5 and some change you get two little baby tacos and still have to pay extra for fries and a drink plenty of other options out there. And your response shows you really don't care. You tell me to sign up for your free rewards. Wow, that says a lot

I was shocked by the great customer service, It's rare these days to experience great service. The food was pretty good as well. FYI, most of the employees look to be in their 40's, I let you figure that one out.
