Been getting theTaiwanese nuggets since they opened ordered them again today and they tasted completely different. Chicken was very dry so I called and asked then did they switch it from chicken thigh to chicken breast the person who answered the phone said no. Then when I told her they were definitely different she asked someone else who said yes they changed to breast 🤮Chicken was extremely dry. Really big nuggets did not like it at all. The breading was falling off of the chicken just was not good. The people who really liked the nuggets and used to get them will notice the difference!

Not often does one find a special place, this is that place of all the places I've been to. Maybe it was the time of day or day of the week, but my experience was one to remember and will have me returning. It is a small little place, a quiet place with great ambiance. The beautiful young lady that took our order was a pleasure to talk to. Attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and quite friendly. As we ordered our fare, she walked us through the many options available, made suggestions and was very polite. I wanted the chicken and waffles, but apparently a part currently wasn't available at the time. No problem as they have other offerings that fit the bill. We placed our order and paid when I noticed something I hadn't had in years, lychee tea. I love lychee tea with lychee boba and they had this! For me, this is a must have if available. While we waited for our food I noticed various games and things to entertain yourself with as you wait. Very nice of them to provide these things. When our for was ready a very adorable young lady handed me the order. My guess is she prepared our food. Delicious barely covers what we experienced while eating. You could taste the love that was used to prepare it. Gave a very warm feeling, like eating your mother's home cooking. But this was far from that. The chicken was excellent and the bubble waffles were devine. My wife had the fish balls and tofu sandwich and could not stop taking about how much she enjoyed every bite. My lychee tea was on point and exactly how I wanted it. Not to sweet and just the right amount of ice. Bravo Ding Tea, ignore the negative comments and continue doing what you do how you do it. You have win me over as a fan and I will return without a doubt. If I could give more stars I wouldn't hesitate.

All around terrible experience. To start several employees saw me stand at a counter. Finally a girl says to keep going around to order. I was the only one standing when I walked in. There was a customer waiting for an order but was in the next room with a buzzer. I ordered a tea and asked about coffee. I wanted iced coffee with cream and sugar. She said yeah. I was handed a buzzer. I stepped away from the counter. It was quick but I was handed coffee black no cream or sugar. I brought this to the ladies attention and she wanted to argue. I grabbed the coffee and she handed me a straw. She then saw the dismay on my face and said "do you want me to fix it" I processed to walk away. The employees attitude is enough not to ever return. Not to mention the fact that the coffee is worse than old Folgers sitting in Grandma's cup all day. Definitely disgusting

I visited Ding Tea McDonough's location Sunday morning, Nov. 24th. My order was a Taro milk tea with black tapioca pearls, lychee and mango popping boba. I did not get far into my drink, as you can see from the photos provided, before what appears to be a chunk of a sponge with pieces of the coarse scrubbing pad attached. The sponge was roughly the size of the pearls themselves from what I could tell while it was in my mouth.

I really used to love this location. The drinks are very good, the people are generally always nice. They make mistakes from time to time, service can be ungodly slow, but the drinks are good. I've had issues in the past where their cakes and pastries were moldy. The store used to smell questionably moldy and I just reserved myself to only getting drinks. As if mold was not already a health concern, I rather not consume cleaning products too. Your team should really be cautious and check their equipment after cleaning it or have poor condition cleaning products replaced. The lack of quality control here is lazy and concerning. This experience was vile and if it wasn't for the fact I spit the evidence back up this could've taken a different turn. Someone could really get sick from something like this.

The wait time here is ridiculous.
Please don’t go looking for napkins because they don’t leave them out for their customers.
After you figure that out and ask & you have waited 5 mins for someone to finally help you they have a conversation (co workers)loud enough for me to hear that they were told not to leave them out for customers. We spent 75$ here & there was 4 of us and she gave us literally 3 napkins & we had 2 children with us so you know how serious it is to need napkins.
They will allow you to place orders & then later tell you they don’t have it and then put you on the spot to figure out what to do. I got there at 11am so yall definitely should’ve know what food you don’t have or do have to sell. Also Boba wasn’t ready either like really are you serious Boba not ready.
I didn’t appreciate that. I signed up with them to receive points and after ordering numerous times in the past that day they tell me they don’t see my phone number.
That wasn’t possible I have received messages from them to my phone number. Honestly I’m not feeling this place anymore honestly there cheep and you spend a lot of money there.

First time customers. I’m really impressed with this place. The menu is extensive and delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and fresh (not mushy on the inside). The (Taiwanese chicken) sliders were flavorful and just the right size for a light meal. Being able to customize the sweetness and amount of ice in any drink really helps in getting exactly what your tastebuds are looking for. Looking forward to coming back!

Placed an order 30 minutes before I arrived. It was for one iced tea with boba. When I arrived, they looked at me confused and ran to the register because they didn’t see the order. This isn’t the first time it has happened. Writing this review in hopes the owner changes the system to alert the employees. Will happily update the review once that is done. Otherwise, the quality of this place is good.

Very cute boba spot. The drink variety is very good & snack options as well. Cons, however… 3% charge for using your card, why? And why is tipping necessary? The drinks have to be made by the workers. That’s not an option. Also, why do the milk teas not already come with boba? It’s considered an addition which you have to pay for in addition to your drink. If you are feeling a snack, a side of fries is $4.95. The serving size is not equivalent to the price though, it’s way too small for the price. Maybe I just don’t get it but either way those are the cons I saw. No napkins readily available to customers either. Other than that, it would be an amazing spot.
