Exceptionally fresh sandwiches and the egg sandwich the chicken sandwich are probably one of the best Vietnamese sandwiches You will find anywhere here. I can’t believe the space is not yet hit mainstream because it is that hood! Florence the manager was exceptional and so were the crew.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a boba shop. John helped me pick my tea my sweetness, and toppings. He then offered several tasty pastries. I tried the smore cookie, he even heated it up for me, it was delicious very gooey and moist. The boba was cooked to perfection and the taro was very good. Will absolutely be back

So if you want to feel welcomed go stop by Ding Tea when Marissa is working. She personally brought me my spring rolls, which were absolutely tasty. Then she personally got my sauce for me, and she didnt even have to. She just was a breath of fresh air. A ray of sunshine.

I loved the drinks here. We got the blueberry green tea and mango black tea, both were so delicious. The man at the cash register was also so sweet! He explained every topping option to us and even gave us some recommendations for next time! Will be back!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the boba is great but they NEED more employees. No matter what time of day I come there is always a line and I end up waiting a minimum 15 minutes in line and an additional 15-20 minutes for my drink. There’s no reason it should take more than half an hour to get one drink. Please hire more people to keep up with the demand and keep things fast & moving!!!
Came in about 11ish and got food and drinks. The staff was totally chill and super nice with any questions we had. Everything was great, fresh, and fast. Great hang out place especially for teens and those who love the boba culture scene!

Fantastic drinks. I got the tofu ban mi and the mozzarella potato hot dog. The cheese pull on the moz was only second to the flavors they used on the sandwich. Great food. My wife loved the doughnuts.

First time coming to this establishment, my daughters went before and said they a had a good experience. It seems very unorganized and not customer friendly. We were told that they were unable to mix drinks even though it just a syrup. I can't imagine how it is impossible to pour two different syrups into the same cup. The manager John seems just as unorganized as the staff. It is also crumbs and food all over the floor and tables and they are not being wiped down. I got my youngest daughter a drink but me and my oldest did not get anything due to poor service, a lack of trying to appease the customer. I even expected to pay additional for a pump of a different flavor, very dissatisfied. Do better it is just syrup flavors.
