My pizza would had been delicious if cooked on the bottom. Instead it as doughy and excessively powdery on the bottom. With little imagination I could tell it would've rate a 10/10 had it been cooked on the bottom.

I had some issues with my original order and returned to the store so that it could be re-made. Everyone here was kind and professional. Lendon assisted me in getting my order situated and was very friendly, attentive to my order details, and turned my experience around for the better. I would love to work with him again on my next visit!

The pizza was colded after it arrived 2 hours after ordering it and the salad was brown and not good at all. The driver stated that he was sorry but that was the best that they could do. Will never order from these sorry individuals ever again. The service and the food absolutely sucks!!!!! These folks have lost my business forever!!

My food was tampered with and my pizza was burnt. The delivery guy also made a comment about his tip which gives me even more reason to believe he did something to my food . I was going to give more in person but the comment was very snarky and turned me all the way off. It’s very sad that we are in the days were people feel like they have the right to do things to people’s food just because they are not being tipped what they believe they should be tipped. If your living off people tipping you a certain amount when tipping is optional for customers and based on customer service find another job

I order bacon cheese tater tots with my pizza tonight. They arrived SO burnt that you could smell the burnt smell when you picked up the box. I called the location on Hwy 42 and told the guy that answered that I had a problem and I asked for the manager. The guy told me he was the manager but they just changed shifts and he was short handed, so he had to put me on hold. He never came back to the phone. I left my phone on speaker for 30 mins and he never came back. I filed a claim online, but if this was a manager- he does not need to be in the at position. If it wasn't a manager, then no one ever picked up the phone on hold to see what I needed. I called back and got him on the phone - Manager Lindon and he was rude and yelled that he had a counter full and had 2 on hold in front of me. I will be reporting him to corporate. All he needed to do was come back on the phone and offer to take care of this mess.
