I placed my order at 5:31. Driver supposedly left the store at 5:51 and delivery address is 6 minutes away. Driver got here at 6:13 and all 5 of my pizzas were cold. Had to reheat slices in the microwave. So that lets me know my order was sitting in the store. Terrible. I will not be ordering from them again!!!

Called to check on my order because it was taking a long time. I spoke to the manager DeeDee and was told if I was dissatisfied with my order to call back. When I called back DeeDee was no longer there. However the let me speak with a shift supervisor. When the shift supervisor got on the phone he asked for my name which I provided. When I asked who I was speaking with, he said he was not allowed to give out his name. I guess their policy changed within 40 minutes fromme speaking to previous manager. I informed the next person I spoke with our food was left at the front door. No one rung the bell as asked in the instructions on our online order. They then said the driver said he gave the pizza to my husband and he said the order was ok. That NEVER happened. Then I was told to call the manager back at 10 p.m. So, I have to wait hours to call them back again about my order. Terrible customer service! This location has lost my business.

Service was terrible. I placed an online order with an estimated wait time of 8–15 minutes, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. On top of that, they don’t even cut the pizza slices. This has happened before—my previous order wasn’t cut either. The manager was rude and dismissive, and overall, the customer service is consistently awful.

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the employee who took my order over the phone was. He provided great recommendations and in the end I ordered the very same pizza at a Dominos closer to my hotel and it was priced at $6 more. When I asked the employee why, he mentioned that different stores have different prices.

Ya’ll need to teach your employees to read and make sure they have the entire order because if the first thing on my receipt is a 2 liter soda that means I ordered it and I paid for it so it should be at my door with my pizza so why is it not here…?
I saw a ad for a parmesan stuff crust pizza, 2 toppings for $10 and some change... I went in and tried to order the pizza, she wanted to charge me $22 and some change, and I said, but the ad, and then said never mind, I walked out, she had a really nasty disposition....

I order the same thing every time. It was like 18+, then it's like 21+. So you can imagine how surprised I was when my pizza was delivered it was 33$? So ok, the driver tells me it's 33+, I'm like ok I'm starving so I had 40$. I go to hand it to the driver and he said he had no change. I'm not giving a 7$ tip when the Domino's is basically across the street. So I tell him I'll get my card and the he says I he can't do that either. When I put that I'm paying cash, why would you not have change? So the food went back to the restaurant.

When ordering, it’s said an estimated 27 min for delivery. The tracker said the food went in the over at 5:23 then at 5:50, it changed to the food in the oven at 5:47. Then it said it was out for delivery at 6:13 and then later changed to 6:49. It was delivered, ice cold, at 7:11.
