Wife had an urge for pizza about 10 PM. Little Ceasars, her go to place, was closed. Phone ordered, seamlessly, manager? who gave me Pizza and took money was really nice and professional.

Tonight I ordered from willow lane McDonough. I got a message saying order was delivered. Went outside but order wasn’t there. Proceeded to call the store. Very rude girl answered. She was extremely rude when I tried to express my disappointment. She then put me on hold and never came back. I called 4 times after and she hung up each time I called. Terrible service. They can never get it right. When the food doesn’t make me sick, the attitude does

Ordered pizza to be delivered and was told it would be 20 minutes. Over an hour passed so I called and they did delivery was 3 or 4 hours and they are only 2.3 miles away. Canceled the order and will never order from here again.

The only reason why I even got dominos was because of my husband. Placed an online order at 1:43pm, included a chicken Bacon ranch sandwich. At 5:20p, I get a call stating them don't have any sandwich bread, would I like to sub for something else. At first I said just refund the sandwich. Said she can't do that. She would have to cancel the whole order & then refund the money. No. I'm getting my husband a pizza. So I opt for their nasty ass cheesy bread. Babygirl failed to mention that dipping sauce is extra. As in didn't tell me it doesn't come with the order. Why? Most pizza places include at least one cup of dipping sauce. Out of her control but her failure to tell me that resulted in the cheesy bread going to waste.
Definitely will not order from this place again. Hopefully my husband likes his pizza.

I have visited twice now for last minute dinners, food was good, customer service was ok the only thing that happened and this is a really petty complaint but the employee didn’t bring my food to the right side of the car for curb side delivery.

I placed an order over an hour ago and I still have not received my pizza and have tried to call now for 20 min with no answer. How do you take an order and not drop it off or answer the phone after. Worst service I have ever had from any domino's by far!!!
Driver did not deliver pizza just returned back to the store. Called store to see why driver stated she called the number but person said they called a number listed but in Chicago dud not order. However, instead of the girl Tiffany getting out of her car to come to the door. She left then they blamed us even though we updated the number in their system but it was an issue on their end. The woman on the phone blamed us but she even had issues trying to do it too. I will never order from another Domino

The General Manager here is belligerent and rude to customers. This lady should not be an employee there, let alone a manger. I won't give you the long story about my awful experience, but I'll never go back to this store...and if you want to be treated with decency, you want quality food, and you want to receive what you order, you shouldn't either.

Laura(GM) was rude and became very combative when asked to be charged the promotional price of 13.99 for a specialty pizza as they have advertised. The online website charged me 21.00 instead. When I asked her if she could correct it, she became loud and stated that it was not their fault. She talked over me and interrupted me several times before hanging up in my face. I requested a refund in which she denied and stated that she would apply a credit. The puzza was cold an was not prepared as ordered with pineapple. The box was dirty and mashed up when the puzza arrived. Bad attitude and poor experience with the location.
