This location is connected to a gas station so we stopped around 630a on a Sunday morning before hitting the road to head home (7 hr drive)after visiting family. The speaker is located behind the building and was blank so I assumed it was broken and pulled to the window. An employee came to the window and I attempted to order. I told her the screen was out so I pulled around. She said they don't take orders at the window. I asked so you want me to drive back around to the broken speaker. She said it's not broken and closed the window. There were no other cars behind me since it was so early in the morning. I couldn't get out because my kids were asleep in the car. I chose to drive 10-15 mins out of the way to a different location. I would have driven back around to the speaker if she hadn't been so rude. In hindsight, I should've have just gone to Starbucks. It was closer.

This location has some of the slowest service I’ve ever seen. There was one person in line who placed an order and after they placed her order it took him a full three minutes to actually say hi to me and there was no one else in the store. Yes, I filled out the survey, but I should know better than the go to a Dunkin’ Donuts in a gas station. The manager, who seemed uninterested in any concerns except for working the hash brown fryer, gave me the time-honored excuse of “we’re shorthanded “really everybody is shorthanded. I’ve worked retail before and I understand shorthanded, but it’s no excuse for not even saying hello to your customer and that you’ll be right with them. I was actually ignored for a full three minutes.
Then the top it all off the app, which is famous for glitching glitched yet again this has been a very frustrating day and thank you Dunkin’ Donuts for starting it off wrong

Dunkin' was out of the majority of their donuts just after 9 am. It's fine because I discovered Williams Donuts on Hwy 155 as a result, and they were delicious. Williams Donuts is my new go-to spot for donuts.

Don’t go here unless there’s more than 3 hrs before closing. Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but this was too ridiculous for me to not warn others. Came in at around 6pm ET. Not acknowledged and what looked like the manager rolled their eyes when I walked in. A young lady was visibly cleaning so I’m assuming they were prepping for close time. To be fair I’ve worked in fast food so I know what it’s like to want to go home on a Friday evening. I glanced at the menu and the young cashier informed me that the doughnuts that were laid out on trays for who knows how long were all they had left. Why not just close the store then? I paid for some munchkins anyway because I hate feeling like I wasted my time. I shouldn’t have been surprised that it was like biting into cardboard. Ridiculous. Shouldn’t treat people like that. Don’t give people scraps and charge them normal price for it. Just close if you don’t want to work. Was sad to see this level of laziness.

Since they remodeled this store it has been bad customer service and the menu board never works. Right after they remodeled, the board was down and now both sides of the menu board is down. You have to now know off memory what you want because the board is down and the staff to rude to help You. I just went over to Starbucks

We just order some food, there’s a lady name Kim very unprofessional and seems like that she needs to go home. With her nasty attitude, we didn’t even feel like to even eat our food. I wasted all my money.. not coming here again i’m hoping the management to look at this review and have their employee to go through some training just like Starbucks and Chick-fil-A.

This dunkin is amazing! I have been a regular customer for years and since the new manager Jackie has been there things have improved! The service has been amazing! except for one experience i had recently in the drive thru with someone named kimberley, she was rude! Other than that my food has been fresh and my coffee has been perfecto
this dunkin is my all time favorite location. they are so kind and welcoming and actually get my order right every single time! the entire staff is wonderful but kim truly makes my morning every single day. love this location!

This is consistently the slowest Dunkin outlet. The drive-thru wait time can be more than 20 minutes with only a few cars in line. The order is wrong 1 out of 5 times. The store was closed for a while during a remodeling. This store was fast and friendly prior to the remodel. Apparently that staff and management moved on

I just want to share that Kim and the crew at the Lake Dow Dunkin are awesome!! They are extremely friendly, each time I visit, which is usually a few times a week! They’ve never messed my order up and always serve with a smile! I always leave a happy customer!
