Large iced coffee. But I like mine with very little sugar. They said some people get 20 pumps of syrup. That’s crazy. You do you. I just wanted the iced coffee and I got a cruller also. Very good.

I been going to this location for about 6 months and every time I come they no me and take great care of me I can always tell when Ronna works the window fast service and is never a line of cars always don’t no his name but he helped me with a situation with my sister and every time I come he ask me how she is doing I would recommend this any day this is the best experience I have ever had thank you for all you hard work it is valued

Tea was very sour. When tea is sour, it's because the nozzles on the tea urn are not being removed and scrubbed so they grow a jelly that is full of bacteria which causes the tea to taste sour. Their tea is BAD. Makes you wonder what else isn't getting properly cleaned. I'm not going back.

The place is clean next to the gas station for the most part but the workers need to do better I order the 6 dollar meal deal today may 30 with no cheese I go inside they have an attitude which sucks when it's ur own kind and one of the girls got an attitude about the extra bacon and me saying I said no cheese..I could've paid for like I told her it's not that deep when I told them extra bacon on my sandwich in the first place not fault ur not listening it came with 3 pieces of bacon I even tried to compromise which I shouldn't have to say I'll just take the cheese off being logical I specifically asked for no cheese just give me the extra bacon she was doing too much this Dunkin donuts need to do better this is why business don't succeed and get sued poor customer service the employees tend do what they want the sandwich was remade still had cheese I still tip the girl 10 dollars for being nice about remaking it I don't think I'll be back at this locations and this why people miss blessings and if u made a mistake it's nothing to be emotional about fix the issue and keep it pushing if u don't like the job quit it's people who wouldn't mind

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. It was 5:36 PM when we placed our order, a small hot coffee, a blended coffee beverage, a refresher, and four donuts. The cashier mentioned they’d had a rough morning and, shockingly, they didn’t have anything we ordered.

We tried to choose from what they did have, only to be told again that those items were unavailable too. When I finally received my drink, it was a cup full of cream and ice—completely white. I had ordered a blended coffee beverage, and what I got was undrinkable.

The staff clearly had no idea how to make the drinks, and the lack of communication, training, and leadership was glaring. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Dunkin’ before, and I will NEVER return to this location. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve waited 20 minutes with one car in front of me & maybe 2 customers inside the store. Last time they forgot I was even in the store (sitting in front of the team) and didn’t make my drink after I paid.

All I ordered was a simple hot latte & then they forgot what I ordered so I had to repeat at the window. I’ll stick to other locations.

I didn’t blame the employee but you guys need to get a more effective system in place. Best of luck.

Upset about the experience today waiting in line for over 30 minutes instead of manager closing the drive thru until they catch up the manager made people wait for half a hour or more extemely waste of peoples time and made people late for work for no reason.

I’m not sure what’s going on with customer service at this location.

My wife and I were one of at least (6) cars sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes with no movement….and we were the third car back. That is a LONG time in a drive thru for just one cup of coffee. Because the drive-thru is a single lane, there’s no way to get around the other cars to drive off….you are stuck!

So…I got out of the car and went into the store while my wife had to wait for the other cars to move. (3) employees were working. There was another customer and her kids.. picking up their orders (so, not busy inside). Not one of the young employees acknowledged me. I stood in the store almost an additional 5 minutes waiting….nothing. So, I left.

If you are keeping count, that’s almost 30 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee…that I never got!!

I’m a very patient person and I have an appreciation for people who grind in the service industry; and to be fair, I’m know finding good employees can be tough. However, this experience was just unacceptable!

I will certainly taking this up another level or two..
