2 people in line when I got here 20 minutes later I’m still in the same spot hire people who actually want to work no way I should be waiting that long for an iced coffee

Hours on google are not correct. Here at 7:30pm, store is closed.
I’ve waited 20 minutes with one car in front of me & maybe 2 customers inside the store. Last time they forgot I was even in the store (sitting in front of the team) and didn’t make my drink after I paid.
All I ordered was a simple hot latte & then they forgot what I ordered so I had to repeat at the window. I’ll stick to other locations.
I didn’t blame the employee but you guys need to get a more effective system in place. Best of luck.
Upset about the experience today waiting in line for over 30 minutes instead of manager closing the drive thru until they catch up the manager made people wait for half a hour or more extemely waste of peoples time and made people late for work for no reason.

I’m not sure what’s going on with customer service at this location.
My wife and I were one of at least (6) cars sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes with no movement….and we were the third car back. That is a LONG time in a drive thru for just one cup of coffee. Because the drive-thru is a single lane, there’s no way to get around the other cars to drive off….you are stuck!
So…I got out of the car and went into the store while my wife had to wait for the other cars to move. (3) employees were working. There was another customer and her kids.. picking up their orders (so, not busy inside). Not one of the young employees acknowledged me. I stood in the store almost an additional 5 minutes waiting….nothing. So, I left.
If you are keeping count, that’s almost 30 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee…that I never got!!
I’m a very patient person and I have an appreciation for people who grind in the service industry; and to be fair, I’m know finding good employees can be tough. However, this experience was just unacceptable!
I will certainly taking this up another level or two..

I will never order from this location again it’s always nasty. I asked for a ice latte with caramel and liquid sugar
I've tried twice the last month to stop into this location. The first time I had to leave as soon as I got to the front because we were in line for 20 mins in the drive through with 3 cars ahead and had to make an appt. And heaven help you if you do choose the drive through, you're stuck. There's no way out but through. The second trip....I'm still stuck in the drive through!!! We've been here 30 mins. I'm at the board and I haven't heard anyone in 15 mins. Other people orders flash up....

Placed a large catering order (13 dozen donuts, 30 boxes munchkins, 15 boxes of coffee). The week of my event the store was closed due to technical issues, as well as construction. Nevertheless, the general manager, assistant manager, and a third employee (as I’m sure others too) woke up at 1:30am to start my order! They helped me load everything in my car, labeled everything, provided plenty of cups, lids, sugar, creamer, etc. and were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process! My clients loved the donuts too!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My Chai tea latte was luke warm, and disgusting. It literally tasted like milk only, and my breakfast sandwich was literally thrown together that I just threw it away completely because it looked so gross. Will not return.

full on asking for tips in the drive through is crazy lol. i’m a server i understand wanting some extra money but asking your customers to tip you makes you look very desperate, ESPECIALLY when the service was absolutely awful. laughing to each other in the drive through mic while i’m ordering. people got places to be and they move like they don’t care about nothing
This location is so convenient but the customer service and quality of product is terrible.
Their coffee and lattes measurements are way off, I’m positive the machine calibrations aren’t correct.
Snacking bacon used to be good now they serve it cold and won’t make you a new one even if you request it.
I’ve been a loyal DD customer for over 15 years but now I’m finally “breaking up” with them.
The location seems to have little kids working . The staff is playful even said in front of me “they should drop this lady order “ who was complaining to them as well in the drive thru . As a manager this is a horrible look for the store I literally should’ve recorded these actions
