This morning this Dunkin gave me a still frozen chicken sandwich. I was on the interstate when I realized, so I tried to call the location, but the number on google and the website doesn’t work. I tried the number on Facebook, that went to the wrong location. I tried calling corporate, was put on hold for 15 mins and the person who picked up couldn’t understand me well enough (nor i him) to get past my name. They allow you to make walk in pick up orders on the app, but they close the lobby when ever they see fit some days it's open others they keep it locked. Even if you make a walk in pick up order they make you go threw the drive threw. They see you standing by the door and completely dismiss you like your not there. They have disconnected their phone number so you can not call. They are super slow going threw the drive threw making the line even longer takes a half hour or more...read full review
