So basically I used to work there . And LAMKIA FIRED ME CS I left a 1 star review on the store after she took me off the schedule for a whole week ( as she said she “ forgot “ to put me on the schedule) I had to go up there and get my check that I had been asking for , for weeks . and she was rude about it . She’s very unprofessional, I had been texting her back-and-forth about me not being on the schedule. She did not respond. Which is why I had to go up there To See if I was still working or not. Not only that she accuse me of leaving bad reviews on the store. When she CLEARLY told every employer working to keep the customers receipts To leave good reviews on the store so that she could win first place. Oh and not to for get Charnell Told me ( don’t take the receipts on the camera. They’re watching do it in the back) like be fr .
My thing is as a manager why are you speaking on me to other employees . So now I’m making it known that I’m leaving a ONE STAR Since I already got accused. Then she wants to say I was an hour late to work one time which I apologize for, When she has people working that come in an hour late multiple times and yet they’re not fired . Not only that one of the employee smokes blacks in the bathroom and she yet has not fired them, but only gave them a warning . So my thing is if you’re gonna talk about me At work, let them know the truth and what really happened. And as far as Ben in the District manager, they are no help either. I reached out to them about the situation. Neither one of them responded to . I said what I said . 💯.

Very slow.. I always do a online order and order still do not be ready. Cost way more than the one by the job.. Food never hot and always make me late for work.. Now I get got to the one by my job.. Always a bad experience.. They don't even acknowledge you in the store.. I hate going there

I was seved a bagel today that was unedible. I would love to include a picture. After speaking to the manager and getting my refund i still feel something should be said. The staff gave me dirty looks and I do not feel like they cared. Never will I return to this location unless necesary changes are made. It is beyond me why you would serve someone grabage. Words do not do it justice, like i said i wish i could share the picture. THIS LOCATION HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE SINCE THE LAST REVIEW. 30 min wait on drive-thru is the norm. Online orders get thrown in the trash and not made. Etc..I visited dunkin in 40 states and 3 countries. This is the one that is consistently horrible

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a truly disappointing experience. First, the service was incredibly slow there was barely anyone in line, yet it took over 10 minutes to get my order. When I finally received my coffee, it was lukewarm at best, and the flavor was off, like it had been sitting around for hours. I also ordered a donut, which was stale and dry. Definitely not the fresh, delicious donuts that they advertise. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested and especially the managers seemed as if they had a attitude as i was trying to get my order. The manager name was something mika. I used to be a regular, but after this visit, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon. Very disappointing. Do better jonesboro rd in Mcdonough.

I ordered online for a mobile order. My eait was less than 5 minutes even though there were 6 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a smile and received my coffee. The coffee was perfect.

This morning this Dunkin gave me a still frozen chicken sandwich. I was on the interstate when I realized, so I tried to call the location, but the number on google and the website doesn’t work. I tried the number on Facebook, that went to the wrong location. I tried calling corporate, was put on hold for 15 mins and the person who picked up couldn’t understand me well enough (nor i him) to get past my name. So seems like reviews are the only way to notify the company of this issue. Undercooked chicken is a huge issue for me. I’m 8 months pregnant and there are a ton of recalls for meat products due to food borne illness right now. Not only does this Dunkin not care about food safety, they clearly don’t want to give customers an appropriate avenue for feedback.

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. It really hurt my feelings to have to post this but I have been to this location a total of 4 times and each time the service was just horrible. The employees did not want to be there. They performed so horribly and slowly it almost makes you feel bad for them and makes you forget that you are a paying customer. You are not greeted once you arrive, you have to wait about 7-8 minutes just to be acknowledged, and there is no sense of urgency.
This location is a downer in the mornings and not an upper,
This problem needs to be addressed. I see that I am not the only one who feels this way. Today I had to just turn around and go to a different location. I couldn’t do it.

The young ladies were nice at the drive thru but the order was half way cooked, no cream cheese on bagel, charged 1.49 for a side of cream cheese that I had to put on myself after going back, sandwich was wrong and coffee taste old at 6:00am. I would keep driving by and get a cup of coffee at Q.T. instead of wasting my money here. The owner of this franchise obviously could care less about the quality of their food (you can tell by past reviews)

Second time ordering a pickup item and was not ready, but this time no one spoke to me while I was standing at the pickup section to see what I needed. I had to get in line where you place an order to get help. When I explained what happened, she asked what was on the order, which was customized dozen. I told her, I thought they had the order and would need to get my phone out the cat. When I got back, the order was ready and chocolate on the box that I had to clean off. No need for me to get my phone when you have the order. Order was placed at 9:12am, arrived at 9:30am, more than enough time to get order ready. Not even an apology.
