I went to get a coffee and they said they couldn't make frozen coffee because there was bleach on the machine! REALLY!! They should have just said they didn't want to work! PATHETIC!!!

Wife wanted $5 special they are advertising. Two TINY taco things with egg and bacon. She was disappointed. I went in since drive through experience has been less than stellar. Four employees behind counter, no one seemed interested in helping.
Overall, not bad, just Meh.

I dislike leaving negative reviews. However, some of the workers donāt know what they are doing or simply just donāt care to know. When Dunkinā Donuts offers a signature drink it should look like exactly like the picture with the whipped cream and toppings included. These workers are lazy and try to give you the drink without the toppings & then they try to up charge you for what should be apart of the signature beverage. Management should make sure that all of the workers understand the menu in its entirety. The morning shift is a little better depending on the workers. However, the afternoon shift should not be left alone especially when they arenāt familiar with their own menu and products. Also if you ask for extra pumps of this or that you are charged. Once again they donāt add what you just asked aid for. The staff is always changing quickly. That should also be looked into as to why this facility cannot keep their good workers! Oh, they are slow with making your drinks as well. Some people just canāt multitask.

So basically I used to work there . And LAMKIA FIRED ME CS I left a 1 star review on the store after she took me off the schedule for a whole week ( as she said she ā forgot ā to put me on the schedule) I had to go up there and get my check that I had been asking for , for weeks . and she was rude about it . Sheās very unprofessional, I had been texting her back-and-forth about me not being on the schedule. She did not respond. Which is why I had to go up there To See if I was still working or not. Not only that she accuse me of leaving bad reviews on the store. When she CLEARLY told every employer working to keep the customers receipts To leave good reviews on the store so that she could win first place. Oh and not to for get Charnell Told me ( donāt take the receipts on the camera. Theyāre watching do it in the back) like be fr .
My thing is as a manager why are you speaking on me to other employees . So now Iām making it known that Iām leaving a ONE STAR Since I already got accused. Then she wants to say I was an hour late to work one time which I apologize for, When she has people working that come in an hour late multiple times and yet theyāre not fired . Not only that one of the employee smokes blacks in the bathroom and she yet has not fired them, but only gave them a warning . So my thing is if youāre gonna talk about me At work, let them know the truth and what really happened. And as far as Ben in the District manager, they are no help either. I reached out to them about the situation. Neither one of them responded to . I said what I said . šÆ.

Very slow.. I always do a online order and order still do not be ready. Cost way more than the one by the job.. Food never hot and always make me late for work.. Now I get got to the one by my job.. Always a bad experience.. They don't even acknowledge you in the store.. I hate going there

I was seved a bagel today that was unedible. I would love to include a picture. After speaking to the manager and getting my refund i still feel something should be said. The staff gave me dirty looks and I do not feel like they cared. Never will I return to this location unless necesary changes are made. It is beyond me why you would serve someone grabage. Words do not do it justice, like i said i wish i could share the picture. THIS LOCATION HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE SINCE THE LAST REVIEW. 30 min wait on drive-thru is the norm. Online orders get thrown in the trash and not made. Etc..I visited dunkin in 40 states and 3 countries. This is the one that is consistently horrible
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a truly disappointing experience. First, the service was incredibly slow there was barely anyone in line, yet it took over 10 minutes to get my order. When I finally received my coffee, it was lukewarm at best, and the flavor was off, like it had been sitting around for hours. I also ordered a donut, which was stale and dry. Definitely not the fresh, delicious donuts that they advertise. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested and especially the managers seemed as if they had a attitude as i was trying to get my order. The manager name was something mika. I used to be a regular, but after this visit, Iām not sure Iāll be coming back anytime soon. Very disappointing. Do better jonesboro rd in Mcdonough.

door dashed for a LARGE and recieved a medium and their phones dont work. and this is an iced coffee not a latte. will never use this dunkin EVER again.
