I have a great experience at Dunkin. One the employees Rayshard that works there is very outgoing and very nice person to all of the customers that come in. Also Rayshard always gets drink correctly thank you for all the hard work keep it up.

I don’t mind waiting for quality service; however, over the past three weeks the lines and overall service have been consistently slow. Today, after waiting 30 minutes in line for a mobile order, I reached the window to confirm my order. The barista repeated the wrong order back to me and then closed the window mid-conversation. This experience was both extremely slow and unexpectedly rude, making it the worst service I’ve received at this location.

I’m writing this late because I had a busy day today but Kayla was so sweet I came in at 6:45 i had a mobile order and my donuts that I ordered was not available at the time but she took her time and gave me the best customer service available would come again

kayla and ashley were so sweet. i came about 20 minutes before close and they were so hospitable and made suggestions and conversation with me and even made me laugh. we need more workers like them!!

Since moving to the area my experience with this Dunkin has gone from bad to worse. Honestly, they should close after breakfast. After breakfast, service just goes down. They are always out of syrup to make frozen drinks. Today, I pull up to the intercom around 2:35 PM and nothing. No one ever comes on to the speaker to take my order. I pulled around to the drive thru window, thinking the intercon wasn't working) and there is not a person in sight. This location has disappointed too many times. I will just find another Dunkin (out of my way) to go to. I'm good on this location.

I’m not gonna lie I’ve been on strike from the McDonough Dunkin’s for the past year because I always had issues with my breakfast sandwiches being burnt and frozen at the same time, terrible wait time, and poor customer service. But this time!!! I decided to revisit!!! And it was great!!! I am so happy that things have turned around. The customer service was great and my food was exactly as expected. The lady at the window was so nice and even gave me stickers in my bag!!!

I went to get a coffee and they said they couldn't make frozen coffee because there was bleach on the machine! REALLY!! They should have just said they didn't want to work! PATHETIC!!!

Wife wanted $5 special they are advertising. Two TINY taco things with egg and bacon. She was disappointed. I went in since drive through experience has been less than stellar. Four employees behind counter, no one seemed interested in helping.

I dislike leaving negative reviews. However, some of the workers don’t know what they are doing or simply just don’t care to know. When Dunkin’ Donuts offers a signature drink it should look like exactly like the picture with the whipped cream and toppings included. These workers are lazy and try to give you the drink without the toppings & then they try to up charge you for what should be apart of the signature beverage. Management should make sure that all of the workers understand the menu in its entirety. The morning shift is a little better depending on the workers. However, the afternoon shift should not be left alone especially when they aren’t familiar with their own menu and products. Also if you ask for extra pumps of this or that you are charged. Once again they don’t add what you just asked aid for. The staff is always changing quickly. That should also be looked into as to why this facility cannot keep their good workers! Oh, they are slow with making your drinks as well. Some people just can’t multitask.
