Decided to try this place out than go to our usual mexican restaurant. Hostess was friendly, and set us pretty quickly.
Our waitress was Tania, and she gave the vibe of not wanting to be there. Not friendly at all. We barely had her check in on us. The other staff who brought our food was super nice. The food was pretty good and we liked the variety of flavors when it came to margaritas but we did question if we got a true 16 oz.
We enjoyed the food so much we would come back but if we are set in her section again I would ask to move.

I have frequented this restaurant on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience UNTIL TODAY. In my opinion customer service goes a long way. I ordered a dip that in no shape or fashion resembled the picture. In addition to being extremely misleading the cheese was cold. When I brought my concern to my server. He gave a look of dismay and walked into the kitchen. He returned promptly to say my manager says you have to pay for it you ordered it. Not she will be a out shortly to hear your concerns. Instead the server returned and said I'm sorry I couldnt do more. I Asked for the manager and I was an interruption to her night. I know this because she said she was busy doing doordash cant you hear the bells going off. I replied that's my concern because? The situation escalated on her behalf because she then wanted to confront the server at the table. I declined i thought it to be most inappropriate. Did I mention no apology to date? Needless to say we paid for the bowel cold cheese soup that I didn't order. This went from my spot to a place I would never frequent again. Please be careful they do not stand by there food or the customer. If I could rate them lower I would. An aggressive manager is always a no go for me.

The Birria is so bland!!! I was shocked because it's kinda hard to mess Birria up if it's been cooking all day. And after one bite, I let my waitress know to which I was told, they can't take it off my bill. Well....🤷🏾‍♀️ It's only $4, so I wasn't tripping.

Been sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes and not one employee has come take my order or acknowledge my presence. No chip/salsa or menu. The restaurant is not packed, and there are several employees have looked obee here at the bar but not one person to service me… I come here often bc its right here by my house… definitely about to reconsider.

Just finished lunch here. I had stopped coming here because of the customer service but decided to try it again. My bill was $13.50 for the cash total. Handed the server $20.50 she asked if I
needed change. I said yes. She gave me back $6. This is the second time this server has given me back the wrong amount of change. She is also pretty slow - usually seated at bar on the phone. I would usually tip $5 for a cheap lunch meal but I ended up just leaving the dollar bc it is a pattern with her. It’s a shame bc the food is really good. I will note the food doesn’t look like the pictures presented. I ordered arroz con pollo and they barely put any queso on top compared to what I ordered previously.

This used to be my favorite spot but i went for thirsty thursday and let’s just say im no longer thirsty more like disgusted ! the server was trash and had an attitude and tmi me and my partner have been having the runs since leaving this restaurant!!! i hope i dont have food positioning 😒😒😒😒
