Julie Ann helped me out her service was amazing. She packed my bowl and was super friendly. She reccomended the PB & J and it was great. My girlfriend took me out here it was our first time. We’ll defiently be back!

The service in Essential Bowls is amazing!! I came in with a group of 5 people and we felt very welcomed. We each got one thing and only waited about 10 minutes which is great considering there were more people infront of us. The PBJ bowl was delicious, I will definitely come back. 10/10 everything!

This is so sad to say, because my bowl was delicious and I would have become a regular, if it weren’t for the awful customer service.this was my very first time ordering and I was exited to try, but I was made to feel like I was unwanted there, because I had placed a Togo order and arrived before it was ready. It was right at opening time, but I wasn’t in a hurry and was super relaxed and told the girl to take her time. She was obviously upset that she had to start working, as soon as she got to work…. Which was odd to me, because that’s the entire reason you go to work. She kept telling me and one other girl that we were going to have to wait, because she had just gotten there and I heard her complaining to another coworker as well. I would have walked out, if my order wasn’t already paid for. My bowl was great but there are other bowls out there and I will not be returning.

Well I order it and it comes all frozen and lumped together and when I took the lid off half of it came off with it. The granola isn’t granola. It’s oats. Employee said it granola because they put honey in it and it sticks together and it’s sweet. That’s not granola!!!! Won’t be ordering from there again.

I am very impressed by this store. I’ve come here several times. Any questions I had Addie was happy to answer and her happiness was evident. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The store is clean, it smells nice and had a cute wall for a photo op. Highly recommend. April and Addie did a great job and I will be coming back.

April was a delight. It was first time visiting and she was super helpful. I had the new bowl with Passion Fruit, can't remember the name. She placed it in the fridge for me while I dined in on my Avocado Toast. I will definitely visit again.
This was my first time ever trying an Açai bowl and omg it was SO good!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Addison and she was seriously so sweet. She had great work ethic, kind, & helpful! Also might I add that there was no wait and she was very accommodating to what I wanted in my bowl. I am now addicted and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Essential bowls!!

Can’t keep doing it this way. Having one person working the register and making it in the back doesn’t seem to be working here anymore. I’d order it from some delivery service. 38 minutes today waiting on a smoothie. Watched 11 doordashers walk in and out with theirs before I got mine. ELEVEN.
