IMPRESSED!! I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I can already tell I’m going to be a regular. The service is top tiered! My kids wanted a smoothie bowl and I googled and found this place. I called to see what time they closed and they were set to close a minute before I was getting there and the lady told me to still come and stop by. When I arrived the lady at front was very welcoming, friendly, and didn’t even rush me or anything. The inside is very clean, they even got games. Definitely recommend!! This is one of few places around that I’ve seen with this level of customer service. A lot of places service is trash and this one is the EXCEPTION !

Wished they were in Atlanta! So good but so far. EVERY TIME I order it's ALWAYS good!
I was really looking forward to my bowl from Essential Bowls, but it was a huge letdown. I ordered a bowl that was supposed to have Nutella, yet when I got it, there was barely any—if it was even there at all and for the price, that’s unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a little more Nutella (since there was barely any to begin with), the manager tried charge me an extra 75 cents! Seriously? For a tiny amount? The customer service was awful—no care for the customer at all. If Nutella is listed as an ingredient, I expect to actually taste it without being nickel-and-dimed. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back if this is how they do business. I asked the manager politely and she had to make a phone call to her boss who told her to give me some! Crazy thing is that’s all she had to do in the beginning and I would have went on my way. Refund me please and thank you!

I normally stop in for the Baewatch Bowl and am able to get in and out super quick. This time I came in (in the back of my head noted that there were 3 other people waiting when usually that’s not the case) ordered my Bowl, and sat down to wait. As time went by I noticed more and more people slowly coming in to order. What was normally a 10 minute wait max turned into 40 minutes of me waiting, and 12 people after me all waiting for our orders. As someone who works in customer service, it disappoints me when businesses only schedule one person…and especially on a Friday afternoon during a school’s break. I normally enjoy coming here but Essential Bowls Ola needs to do better about supporting their employees. The poor girl looked so stressed and it only got worse as more and more people walked in.

Ok. I'm extremely torn. As a person who works out a lot and wants a healthy snack. The options for protein items are 1 for a bowl. When I asked today how much protein is in the bowl the girl didn't know had to ask for help. That is something you should know working there. I've been there about 6x times. The food is great. I'm just struggling with the only option for protein is the one bowl that the base does not have a good flavor. As a smoothie business , you need more options for people that work out. Overall , i ve not had a bad experience at all. I personally just need more from a smoothie place.
