will never be coming here again . I made an online for a 3 cheese pasta , it came with 99% of spinach and 1% of pasta 🤦🏿‍♂️, i Basically got a plate of salad with pasta sauce on top.terrible

The food was amazing! We had the lamb chops (grilled), Mac and cheese and sweet potato soufflé. Sha went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great during their busy time. Their brunch was also amazing the last time we came.

This is my husband and I first time eating from Fathoiz Premium Gourmet. We got the chicken philly with fries. The food was on point with a nice size portion and taste great! We will be back!

My experience was a very tasteful one.
The wait staff, Kat was extremely pleasant and accommodating.
She suggested several dishes to try, which we did.
The Cat fish and grits, fried green tomatoes and crab fries were all served hot and seasoned so well.
We ask to speak with the Chef Duval to compliment him on the food.
I will certainly visit again.

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly. Got there about 12:15pm and only had to wait maybe 15 minutes. Didn’t take the food long to come out and it was fresh and hot! Our waiter was great, he informed us of everything. I do recommend and will be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the service that received today. We arrived at 515 to a sign that said they would be closing at 6 for team development. However the hostess said hold on let me speak with the manager. She comes back 10 min later and says you all can dine in. It will be a 20 min wait. (The restaurant was not packed and tables open) 30 min later they seat us. The entire time people are still ordering and receiving plates and take out has not stopped since we got there. We have now sat at this table without so much as any server greeting us or bringing us water. The manager seems to be finishing up tables and speaking with other guests almost at all tables. One waitress did about 20 laps by our table and said nothing. The manager comes over and asked had we been helped. He stated he would get someone only to come back 10 min later to tell us it would be 30 mins before anyone could take our order for anything because the kitchen is backed up. We just got up and left.

My family and I are very disappointed as we were very excited to try this establishment and support. If they could not serve us I could have excepted that rather than the way we had been treated. We may try again in the future but no time soon. They really need that meeting so they should have stuck to their 6 cut off. Please do better.

When I first walked in the girl didn’t acknowledge me… I had to ask her do we just sit down how long is the wait … she saids she not on the clock so I assumed she would get me someone , I had to ask well is it a waiting list and then she called someone over to help me like damn you should of did that at first … We waited for over a hour to sit.. then we get a table and had to wait another 10 mins for a waiter …. The food was ok but I was hyped bout the crab fries and the didn’t taste like anything and they weren’t even hot … my chicken Philly wasn’t hot either the cheese wasn’t even melting … this is more of a place grab your food and good …
