Restaurant was really dirty with sticky drink fountains food crumbs and debris all over on the floors and tables. All that and health score of 85 made me uncomfortable eating the food I got here. Hopefully the cleanliness can approve because the people working there was really nice.

Firehouse always delivers great service in general, but this place knocks it out of the ball park! Did was delivered hot fresh and they even gave use extra pickles which I dig!

Great place. And fast too. I loved the staffs energy with the great ol WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE as soon as you walk through the door. And all the memorabilia and donation books to show how those donated pennies go to work. Absolutely loved it!!

I pulled out this white residue out of my steamer. I’ve had this about a dozen times over past couple of years at the Destin location where I live. This is first time eating it anywhere else. I’m not sure what this is. It could be fat? It’s upsetting because I was looking forward to this.

Guy making the food today was excellent at service. Location is super clean.

Once I pull off the top half of the white substance, I ate it anyway. I’m hoping someone from Corprorate can contact me with a voucher to give another try, otherwise this is probably last time I’ll risk eating here.

You have Subway, Jimmy John’s, Blimpie, Publix, and Jon Smith Subs that will run circles around this so just be careful because everyone’s meal is important to them especially when they’re starving and they’re paying $15 for a basic sandwich

I rarely write a bad or lukewarm review. But I hate roasting people that are trying, but just don’t know any better but whatever this slop is should not be on a sandwich. It’s supposed to be corn beef I thought and there’s barely any corn beef on it and most of it is this white substance.

Firehouse subs is my favorite quick, fast food sub option. I have been eating firehouse subs since i was 18 and it was my very first job! It was stellar then and is now! They never miss nor disappoint ! I love the fresh ingredients and choices! It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it! Love it here and really every Fire House subs!

I meant to order at my usual McDonough location on Jonesboro Rd, but ordered here by mistake. The bread was TOUGH and tasted old. The contents tasted sour, as well. In the trash it all went. Also, this location’s most recent restaurant scores were 87 & 85- and included no handsoap at handwashing stations and black buildup in ice machines. Yuck! Never again will I patronize a restaurant without checking the scores online first🤮
