So I come here often and I never have a issue or if I do it's resolved with no problem. But today I needed my refund because again these young children don't wanna do their jobs. I ordered a sub and asked for Cajun mayo instead of regular mayo. First time I get my sandwich it's wrong so I go back and inform them and they take it to fix it with no problem. Get it back and realized these clowns wiped the mayo off and put the Cajun mayo on top of the mayo I didn't want, then the kid Elena tells me she didn't wipe it off and clearly she did. I never have an issue when Simone is on duty, she respects her customers money and time. Elena doesn't care, she didn't even know how to process a refund on top of trying to have an attitude. All they had to do was remake my sandwich and they're too lazy to do that, smh. I should've taken a picture of it to show proof but who lies about mayo, I simply didn't want it on there and they could not fulfill the order of a customer properly. Elena is not manage material as she lies about simple things. Better luck next time. When the appropriate manager is on duty. Annnnddd yal taking donations??? And they can't even respect my donation and get my order right, I don't care if it was 20cents.

Arab Firehouse Sub. Watch the change they give you, they'll "accidentally" not give you all of it

First time tried Firehouse sub, not impressed by the taste, the Italian sub was too salty. I will go JJ or Jersey Mike next time.

Does not open at 10:30 like it says. Employee ignored us standing at locked door 15 min after opening.

I have not had Firehouse subs in years. Not sure what it was but my sub tasted horrible. The quality of the meat was not good, the bacon was cold and rubbery, and it was mostly all bun with little meat. I just dumped the top bun and folded the sandwich in half so I paid $20 for half a sub. Overall can't recommend eating here. I hope this is not typical for all Firehouse sub shops.

We ordered online so our food was ready when I got there. My husband and roommate both said their Italian sandwiches were good, but my Thanksgiving Turkey sub needed something. I added some spicy mustard, that helped a little. I think more turkey may have been better.

Since the new owners arrived, I’ve gotten 3 subs from this location and they are always very dry. I order a large sub and add banana peppers. I got approximately 4 banana peppers on my sub yesterday. The sandwich was so dry it just tasted like overcooked ham and bread when they used to be dripping with sauces. My guess is they are trying to save money by making sub-par sandwiches with little ingredients. Not worth it for an over-priced sandwich. Won’t be going back here.
