Firehouse Subs Town Crest

Like most other Fire houses. The subs were good and made quickly. The staff were very friendly. I like having the various hot sauces available. For a while some locations didn't have them.

Today I had one of the best Philly, Steak & Cheese sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The ingredients were super fresh and tasty. Thanks for the great quality and customer service, it makes a big difference.

I love Firehouse, but this location in particular is great. Their special limited time Turkey Thanksgiving sandwich is so good. When they have limited time sandwiches, GO FOR THEM. They are always a delicious treat. The staff was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean.

I ordered a very specific way, which was acknowledged by the cashier and told to the manager. The manager then left the area and went into the dining room to talk to a customer, who was, apparently, a friend. The manager let someone else make my food, who, of course, messed up my order. To their credit, they corrected the issue but did so in a way that exposed me to a food item to which I am allergic.
The manager should've relayed my order to the person who made my food BEFORE she stepped away to talk and loudly laugh with a customer. She is there to help EVERYONE, not just acquaintances.
The food was good, overall. Don't dine in, and always keep an eye on what they put in the bag.

We had to visit this place 2x because the night before we came in 1 hour before closing and wanted to order 2 meatball subs. They said they didn't have any meatballs. The next day we came in for lunch and ordered 3 meatball subs. When I told them what happened the night before, they were puzzled since they said they had tons of meatballs. I guess they just were too lazy to make more the night before.
