I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I feel obligated to speak up. I stopped by Five Guys yesterday, expecting a good meal and decent service. What I got instead was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
An employee (who appeared to be pregnant) was not just rude, but outright hostile. From the moment I asked a basic question about my order, she rolled her eyes, cut me off mid-sentence, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for speaking. I remained calm and polite, trying to brush it off, but the attitude kept escalating. She made a snide comment under her breath that I clearly wasn’t supposed to hear and then stormed off, leaving another employee visibly uncomfortable on my behalf.
I understand that everyone has hard days, and I respect that pregnancy can be physically and emotionally exhausting, but nothing justifies treating a paying customer like a problem to be tolerated. There’s a line between having a rough shift and being completely unprofessional, and she crossed that line multiple times.
This is a place where people come to relax and enjoy their food, not to be disrespected and talked down to by someone who clearly has no business being in a customer-facing role. If this is the level of behavior Five Guys is willing to accept from its employees, then it reflects very poorly on management. I come here pretty often and loved the crew, but this experience completely ruined it for me.

The crew was very welcoming as I walked in. They took my order and made it in a timely fashion. Would definitely go back to this location and would suggest it to anyone that loves great customer service.
My favorite place to get a fresh burger and fries! They never disappoint and they deserve to be the top fast-food restaurant out there because no one is touching their burgers and great service!

Grilled cheese sandwich I added 2 patties with lettuce tomato cheese mayo ketchup it was bussin!!! With Cajun fries super hot and fresh and greasy they give u plenty to share with 4 ppl 😂😂Super super hot try it better than McDonald’s fake cold burger It’s not cheap I wish they had combos instead of buying everything separately
