Dirtiest five guys I’ve ever been in. Food was good per five guys. Service was good. Every single table was dirty (except for maybe one). The floor was dirty. 7 workers behind the counter. Steadily 3-5 customers in the store.

Our new favorite burger place! My boys and I had a mommy and me date and they picked Five Guys. We dined in around 2:45pm on this past Friday (3-22-24) and Andrew was very nice and polite while taking our order. He was so patient in answering my boys questions about the food and even made suggestions. The food came out fast and hot. The fries were so hot we could barely eat them! Omg the food was soooo good!! I had to take away one star for the atmosphere. While we were eating, we heard yelling and cursing and I thought it was a customer but when I turned around, it was an employee! A female employee came inside the store shortly after we started eating and she was cursing and yelling about “beating someone’s ***”. Me and my boys saw that as our que to get up and leave. Definitely not a family themed atmosphere. I think next time we will just order takeout.

This update is for a Door dash order. The worst burger ever from fives guys how do you forget lettuce, tomatoes sliced so thin you can see through them....forgot several other toppings as well. The burger was so over cooked had a crumble texture. Not to mentioned every thing arrived cold. Tooo expensive to not have better delivery packaging. Tooo expensive to be prepared incorrectly.Updated review another restaurant bites the Post Covid dust...Why does the extra crispy fry elude this place. Twice I have ordered extra crispy to end up with the same limp fries that are regularly served. This time you don't even attempt to do it right...after I order..you prepare my to go fries from the same fry bin as all the others...so after paying over 6 bucks for fries cut straight from the potato...I still don't deserve to get what I asked for?...Just wondering shouldn't fresh cut fries be cheaper to produce than processed ones...the middle man and all his employees are bypassed by skipping the processing plant.

The employees can’t keep up with order numbers and make it seems like it’s your fault when they miss you. They need a better system or better training. This is why I don’t tip before service. I’m speaking of the light skinned lady with the glasses and mustache.

Five guys hamburgers are the most overrated bland burgers I've had. No seasoning and small patties and the most expensive burgers in a fast food restaurant that you will ever pay for. Darn near 30 dollars for 2 burgers and they have the nerve to ask for a tip if ordering online. The workers are always very nice and if the burgers were anything like the workers they would be best burgers ever. I've had burgers from dine in restaurants that were twice as big and cheaper and tasted leaps beyond this franchise's burgers. Avoid!!!
The atmosphere was laid back and casual, the location was clean. The open kitchen will have you leaving smelling like burgers, it gets in your clothes. The service was good, it was later than the time stated for pickup that the burgers were ready but it seemed fairly busy. Now to the burger...the food is ok. The fries are ok. I didn't order onions because I can't eat them, but they were on my burger. The a1 sauce was missing but I understand accidents happen. It was overall ok.
