Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This location is a regular for my family, so I frequent here for a great meal. I always get great service at this location, so I drive past others for their service. I was at this location’s drive through yesterday and I received such amazing service from a lady who said her name was AJ. She was too nice to believe and if I had a company, I would pay her more just to represent me. People like her deserve all God have for them. Such a pleasant experience, my wife and I couldn’t believe this type service still exist.

Chicken stripes size got smaller almost the size of the chicken nuggets. I always buy the 5 pieces meal. I'm not coming back.

Most places with teenagers these days have poor customers service, however I just had the most amazing experience with the entire crew at the McDonough location at 7p the week of Christmas when anxiety is high. I’m kind of a picky person and I placed an online order which I hate doing but my order was perfect. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and attentive. Big shout out to CJ and the young lady working with him on online orders for making my experience nothing less than perfect. I will definitely be back soon! Keep up the great work fbla!

I wanted to stop by and share our Friday evening visit on December 20th!
We had a party of 15 for my granddaughters birthday at 630.
We were met by members of the staff that were so quick to accommodate, after ordering and receiving our food (which was delicious btw)) the girls made many trips to our table to check on us! I have never been treated so kindly at a fast food restaurant. Everyone was SO nice and friendly! Food was hot and fast to arrive!
Kudos to your Friday night crew for going above and beyond, we will make it a point to come visit more often where we feel welcomed and appreciated.
I wish I would have made note of their names, but will be stopping by to thank them again!

What an amazing atmosphere. What amazing service. I believe the drive thru staff who worked 12/15 around 2 deserve a raise. What an amazing group of individuals. & corporate they deserve a raise noooot a “good job” & a free cookie. They are amazing and they deserve to be compensated for being as so amazing !!!

5 stars all around. My family of 6 and I visited a few days ago as a quick meal after shopping. We were greeted multiple times upon entering, the food was hot and ready in a flash, and tasty. As we were gathering our things, the Manager ( who I didn't notice wqs seated next to us) asked about our meal, and even gave me to go containers. I love it when I receive good service. We'll be back
