We had an issue with our order (burger not well done) and it was remade. It was taken care of promptly and the front cashier was so sweet. She would make an EXCEPTIONAL manager. Truly caring. My receipt was #129...I'm sure her name is on there. Very quiet atmosphere. Will be back. Thank you again.

Jalen Rouse was the hardest worker that I saw in the restaurant. He provide me great customer service while also preparing orders! This man is a hard worker with a great attitude!

I always receive exceptional service at this location, my order is never wrong, and the food is hot and delicious. My tone wasn't the best today but Diamin remained friendly and professional.

This was my first time trying Freddy’s and it did not disappoint! From the warm welcome to the patience when I couldn’t decide what I wanted because everything looked so good! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back!

Used to love coming here but since April hasn’t been too pleasant customer service went downhill and quality definitely has changed not the same Freddy’s I remember would appreciate if the service went back to like pre-April not too sure what happened but should think about fixing it!

Service sucks. Not even busy at 1050 in the morning and can’t anyone to the counter to take your order. Waited 10 minutes at counter with no help. As I’m walking out the door then the wands help you. Screw that I’ll take my business somewhere else
