The entire staff was friendly and very attentive to making all the customers feel like they were happy that you were there to enjoy their food…. Kevin Exi went out of his way to ask how my dinner was and asked if I needed anything and I actually did…. A spoon to eat my shake as it was nice and think and delicious but a straw could cut it….truly appreciated the fast…. And friendly service and great food…. More places should be this way…. Thank You Freddys McDonough Georgia….

Updated Review, The food and frozen treats are absolutely amazing here. The employees are always helpful and kind. The dining room, drink station, and restrooms are my only issues here. we visited 2 times in the last month, and both times, we had to clean off our own table and avoid spills and straw papers, and flipped around cup lids. I want so much to give 5 stars just based on the food alone, but both times we have been in recently, they are not bust at all and still in the state.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I ordered a quart of soft vanilla ice-cream from this location on Uber and the entire thing from top to bottom was filled with bits of plastic or hot glue or something. Do they not clean the machines? Absolutely unacceptable.Edit: Apparently they KNOW this is an issue, and are still selling ice-cream to consumers.

Place was crazy dirty on the inside of restaurant as I tried to make it to the restrooms... I will clarify, the floors were not swept, and toilets not clean, but this restaurant is in a nice location of the city.
